I was a bit fascinated about the perfect Sonic figure when I meet Rarewaves. There I found more than I was searching for. To be more precise, I did pardon my past by treating old traumas.

I'm sorry to do not extend my review. I paid so few by the transport of the package (only 6 pounds I guess) that I am still worried about its safety. I hope everything goes as planned. See you on the review of the products.

Most websites charge way too much to ship to my country but the shipping prices here are very reasonable and the variety of items is great as they seem to have almost everything and my books always come in really a good condition albeit a bit slow for my liking but that’s understandable for a site based in a different continent than mine. It’s is now my favorite site and I ordered every month with the 10% end of month discount.

Nothing much too grumble about really apart from delivery took nearly a week longer than estimated, otherwise, easy to shop and good value.

I don’t buy as much music as I used to but Rarewaves is always top of my list to check out and more often than not they get my business…

I will never order from this company again. I ordered 4 products 6 weeks ago and have received only 1. The very nice customer service representative have said they sent out a replacement, it's been 2 weeks since that and nothing has arrived. I feel like I've been scammed and just want my money back.

Always found them to be efficient and trustworthy. One of the items ordered was delayed in the post. Although beyond their control, Rarewaves were very apologetic and helpful when I reported the delay. The item did eventually arrive.

I am able to source DVDs and Blu Rays difficult or impossible to obtain elsewhere and at reasonable expense. Most of my purchases are unavailable in Australia.

The variety and prices are good. Takes a long time to come though

When available fair price and prompt over seas delivery, arriving in excellent condition.

There are many and nice actions with nice discounts. Transactions are smooth and if there is an issue they are easy to reach and very helpful with resolving the (very rare) issue.

Quick to dispatch but slow to arrive. This could be a fault with Royal Mail but it is a pattern with Rarewaves orders. Something to be aware of if you are new to them.

Ordered 2 items, one arrived after 11 days, now 2nd item still hasnt arrived and its been 16 days now since i ordered . Now they are no longer responding to my emails. Terrible service.

Amazing Customer Service that had speedy and reliable comms. Solid process and the international shipping was a more than fair rate and quick enough for the cost.

I purchased two blue rays, then immediately realised they had another Blu-ray I really wanted, and they were kind enough to arrange free shipping for the third item, since I paid for it already with the first two, even though absolutely didn’t have to do that.
