I got a lot of albums I'd been after for a while, at a good price. Out of about 20 packages, 2 weren't packaged the best, but everything arrived in good condition. Thank you, and keep up your good work.

Items always arrive on time to an Australian postal address. Great selection of goods at a reasonable price. Great communication

I have been waiting over 10 days now for a "Out for delivery" to arrive. I contacted Customer Services and my concerns were Copy and Paste Reply dismissed.

Ever since you switched your courier, delivery times have more than doubled and deliveries are not even tracked anymore. Part of an order was already lost. (Replacements were quickly sent though)

It was mostly fine with Royal Mail. I'm afraid my limited edition pre-orders are not safe.

This on top of raising product prices by roughly 5€ has been annoying to say the least.

Already ordered 2 movies , both comes in great shape. Prices were great . Only small minus i would say info about where is my order and around when it will come. But still really happy with this site and for sure will buy from it again someday :)

Ive used Rarewaves previously for hard to find movies and had a good service.

However, on this occasion, i ordered and received nothing; i chased one week after my parcel was due. Rarewaves said they would liaise with their local carrier, but 6 days later, ive heard nothing further.

Given an apparent failure to follow up and/or to contact me, im afraid its a one star (and chaser email sent).

Helpful and prompt customer service when I had a problem: a record arrived pre-opened and badly scratched. Customer service asked for more details and sent out a replacement which arrived in beautiful condition quite quickly. Customer service appears to work Monday to Friday which is fine with me. I dropped a star as both packages were sent via Whistl. The replacement took a week to arrive which is quite quick for that process.

Great prices, good customer service, would be 5 star were it not for long delivery times (although they do appear to be getting shorter)

First order i ever did on rarewaves, the prices and shipping prices are great, but i ordered on july 13th and my shipment is still nowhere to be seen, no email or notification or anything

The customer support team was helpful in helping me with an issue I had with one of my orders. They replied within 2 days and resolved the issue. I was happy to find a specific product I couldn't find anywhere else. The packaging protected the product. Excited to discover what else this store has to offer.

They have a good range of CDs and DVDs at good prices. Free delivery too - quite slow compared to other retailers I use, but reliable and safe.

Price was great, delivery from UK to Australia quick. Will definitely order again
