Book was a hasty, illegible scan. Replacement copy was the exact same. Why anyone would hate books and trees so much is beyond me.

I order a lot from Rarewave and when ever there is a issue they always resolve it quickly, not as though there are many issues.
The prices are always good and orders normally arrive within about 3 days

Great selection of vinyl at very good prices. Have purchased a number of times from here. The only thing I would say is delivery is quite slow (in my experience, 6-9 days) so if you're in a rush order early, however, when I have chased up on the whereabouts of my order, comms have been excellent. Would recommend overall.

Rarewaves are quality. Great vinyl, great sale price. My order was split in to three. It took the Royal Mail about 16 days to deliver my bit of vinyl. Rarewaves customer services were easy to deal with.

Grea t customer service

I have ordered from rarewaves three times now shipping from the UK to Canada and each time the order arrived on time and accurate.

This is the first and last time I will ever use this company. I waited a good week no item (19 to 27) contacted them told had been posted (not true) many emails later with them hiding behind delivery date finally it was posted from there warehouse on the 30 July and have still not received item. I have all the evidence to show this is all true. Customer service trying to fob me off with bull s.

While all my orders since I started buying from Rarewaves in 2024 have arrived safe and sound, they sent a replacement when I didn't receive a 4K Blu-ray disc recently.
