Fantastic customer service. I had an issue with a damaged vinyl and they didn’t quibble at all about making it right and arranging a replacement.
I highly recommend Rarewaves and will definitely use them again and again.

Prices are ok. Packaging is always an issue. Flimsy package means stuff arrives bent (records/books).

My order was delayed/missing (total mails fault) but as soon as o contacted the support team they offered a solution right away and the replacement arrived quickly, book was exactly as ordered, support staff were super helpful!

Authentic music cds at affordable prices and the most impressive part is that all of it gets delivered pretty fast with respect to an international consignment. All being said i would suggest you guys to re stock the sold out ones pretty sooner but overall GREAT SERVICE INDEED!

First order with 4 movies never arrived. Should wait 2-3 weeks before contact. They sent a replacement but split the shipment in two. One had tracking and the other didn't. First shipment arrived 2 weeks later but second shipment never arrived (again). Got a free shipping mail after contact which is just bad service.
So here we are almost 3 months after buying 4 movies and I got 50% of the order. They once again offered a replacement but I can't trust it when they don't use tracking and split shipments without information so now I asked for a refund which I loose on since I bought them with much lower prince than today....

Customer survice is on point super reliable they answer in a few hours which is very rare. The 4k blu ray movies i bought arrived in prestine condition. Zero issues with the products. Price is also top notch. Highly recommend.

Delivery might take a bit longer but Rarewaves has an insane amount of items on their store and at great prices.
