Very disappointing experience. Amazon indicates that my order was "probably delivered" on June 3, but according to the official PostNL tracking, the shipment has been stuck at Argentine customs since May 28 and has never been delivered to me.
The tracking information provided by the carrier completely contradicts Amazon's delivery status. Customers should not be told that an order was delivered when there is no proof of delivery and the shipment is still showing as held in customs.
I expected much better communication and customer service.
As a film fan, I love this website. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with customer service and the deals that pop up are unbeatable elsewhere. Their catalogue is extensive and often even the hard to find films will be at a lower price than you can find anywhere else. I’ve also really enjoyed the new rewards system they’ve implemented, it doesn’t feel impossible to get some money off your order like it sometimes xan with these promotions. Their shipping times can be a little slow but everything is always very well packaged so I don’t really mind. My only tiny complaint is the lack of tracking on orders, when the parcel switches from Whistl to Royal Mail the tracking stops

Unbelievably I had problems with 2 tarot decks I had ordered.
The first never arrived, and the second had a duplicate card and so was missing another!
The lovely Afroditi was brilliant, and sent out replacements for both, which came this morning.
I emailed to let her know, and offered to return the deck with duplicate card if she can send out SAE.
Rarewaves are an excellent company who stock a good range at usually, unbeatable prices. Fortunately they also have an excellent Customer Service Dept as the big let down is their appalling postal service (Whistl) who have twice lost my order in the past six months. Their shipping is slow at best, but sometimes just never arrives !
Great price for movies as always. Delivery slower than other places as expected but can’t complain as Rarewaves normally have the best prices for movies. Will definitely use again.

It was fine except the time the order took to arrive. It seemed to be by a carrier who later passed it vto Royal mail, who did the actual delivery.
