Rarewaves Reviews 

I've found Rarewaves to have a lot of items, some of which are hard to find, unique (e.g. Long Kiss Goodnight special edition) or unavailable anywhere - this includes books (e.g. John Calvin's "Institutes of the Christian Religion" - Calvin's own "essentials" edition based on the 1541 copy). Delivery is always super reliable and I've never had any issues to date.

Usually excellent prices, extensive choices and never EVER had any problems with Rarewaves.

Terrible experience purchasing through e-bay. Item never shipped. They printed a label and on e-bay that counts as "Shipped", but it never left their facility. Had to dispute with cc.

Continuing to use below standard packaging to ship their products, results in damaged products at high frequency rates, and poor to no remedies provided

Was charged customs fees upon arrival of the shipmemt, but was reimbursed without a fuss when I approached rarewaves about it. Shall order again,soln!

When I had an issue with a purchase (it was a manufacturer problem, the booklet in Arrow's Jackie Chan Breakthrough Hits box set was faulty), the Rarewaves team were very helpful in a difficult situation getting the item replaced. They did a great job.

I really love to order records with Rarewaves, the only thing that is missing for my experience is the delivery tracking and the dates of the pick up and the shipping tracking

Good prices and speedy delivery specialy when I'm half way round the world. Plus the items I receive are always in great condition.

Ordered 2 x 4 discs , took 2 weeks delivery which is standard, great value and service ordering again soon.

I have been shopping internationally with Rarewaves for several years and have always found them, prompt and reliable. On one or two occasions when an issue occurred with an item or delivery, they were polite and a pleasure to deal with whilst resolving the problem. I will continue to use Rarewaves as I have yet to find a company that can fulfill my requirements with such satisfaction.

I placed an order for an item on July 6th, it still hasn't arrived by the 22nd so I got in touch with customer service. They said they would liaise with their local courier and get back to me. I messaged them on the 27th as I hadn't heard anything back, a day later they said their courier hasn't updated them so they would send a replacement.

I contacted them today (13th August) as I still haven't received anything, they replied with "we are confident it is only a delay in post and you will receive it within the next couple of days. Please, wait a few more working days and if it has not arrived by then please contact us again." which is a terrible response for someone who has been waiting for an item for 5 weeks. I told them that asking me to wait "a few more working days" was unreasonable and they just cancelled and refunded the order without even discussing it with me.

A very disappointing experience overall and I can't recommend them because of this.

Very smooth purchase. Great prices, easy payment, the books were promptly shipped and delivered in a great condition and within the specified delivery time.

Reliable site with accessible and friendly customer service.

It's a pity there was a delivery issue that made me wait a month to receive my order.

Hopefully I have been offered a replacement order.
