Prompt delivery of excellent item

After waiting quite a while for delivery we got in touch with Ravewaves and found that the item had gone missing duringpostage, so they kindly and efficiently resolved this by sending out another dvd, which we did receive, it arrived decently packed, meaning no damage which i have found an issue with some other sellers.The price was very reasonable also. Thank you 😊

great service great price, fast delivery

For a purchase made from Spain costing around €15, I had to pay additional charges of more than €12 when collecting the package. Rarewaves did not offer any effective solution.

Customer service was quick to respond to my delivery inquiry. Package was received in good condition.

I bought a few movies during a sale a month ago, but they were shipped piecemeal over the course of the month. One of the titles was listed as in stock the entire time, yet a month later, I was told it was sold out and my payment was refunded. My point is: if you don't want to sell items at a low price, don't run a discount promotion. Pulling stunts like this caused me to miss the chance to buy them elsewhere.

Turned up undamaged have yet to watch as I I can't tell you it's quality the film

Ordered a supposed "New" blu ray, and it arrived without it's outer cardboard sleeve, no cellophane wrapping, and had marks & fingerprints on the discs (my friend has this same set, so I KNOW it's missing the outer packaging). It should never have been shipped out in this condition.
An overly complicated returns process means it's even more hassle to send it back than it is to keep it.
It's simpler just to never order from this company again.

The packages arrived in excellent condition and within the expected timeframe.

However, the order value was incorrectly declared across the two boxes: one box was labelled with the value of two films, while the other was labelled with the total value of all three films, even though it contained only one. As a result, I was charged significantly more in customs fees.

When my book didn’t arrive in the post they immediately responded to my email and sent me another. All communication with them was answered promptly and with kindness. Very impressed!

I really like this company, great products, and prices to match. The overseas delivery is very well priced indeed. If you have a problem with anything at all it is always sorted out immediately which in today's world is remarkable.

Shipping took a month because it was coming from another country to me but everything else was good especially with my steelbook being in the best condition I’ve had for a steelbook
