Amazing service
There was a fault with the record pressing, which Rarewave replaced straight away. They were very helpful to deal with, and made the whole process problem free.

I'm furious at rarewaves for not…
I'm furious at rarewaves for not honouring my said dvd order.not delivering it on the 12th of.august.or on the 17th of August.forwhich a dvd replacement was sent out via whistl group.and still I didn't get it on the 23rd of August.im even more furious that they have not tried to find out where it is.or what went wrong .in sending it to me.all they can do is give lame poor excuses for bad service in every way I would not recommend to any one who wants to buy dvds.etc off them.its unacceptable how I've been treated like this as a customer.trying to get a dvd I want.i don't want the refund .I want the dvd.its worst company I've had to deal with when it comes to customer service on this.

Movie Collector
Purchased several blu-ray movies which worked a treat. I like the older movies and often they are available at reasonable prices. Delivery from UK to Australia doesn't seem a problem.
