Ordered Hudson & Rex season 8 dvd and did not get the complete season. Very disappointing.

Excellent store with an unbeatable catalog and very competitive prices. I'm a loyal customer, it's amazing. Unfortunately, there have been a few customs/IOSS system issues lately for EU customers that need to be fixed. Otherwise, it would be a solid 5 stars.

Selection of products is very good and prices are very reasonable, but receiving ordered items can be slow!

First time customer, item took 4 days to ship then another 8 days to arrive with me, to the point where I had to query where the item was, who sends item's in this day and age without any sort of tracking? Aside from the discounted price I wouldn't recommend and won't be using again sadly.

Absolute disgrace. £90 order for some 4k blu rays. Never received and when complained kept being told they dont track and to allow 7 working days. Well 7 working days passed and not received and no response from support.

Shop here if you want cheap deals but no items.

Companies like Rarewaves are vital. We are all being pushed towards the end of physical media - becoming nothing more than reactive consumers who are given online sanitised versions of their favourite products - until they suddenly get withdrawn on a whim or cut to satisfy 'modern sensibilities'.

But we can fight back! Rarewaves has a great range and engaging marketing. I will certainly be using them again. I urge you all to do the same!

Purchased vinyl record from the Rarewaves eBay store.

Item was clearly second hand and in very poor condition.

Contacted seller to arrange replacement. They lied and said they didn't have any in stock and then increased the price of the item by £11 (70%) and refunded the original item, meaning I'd have to re-buy at higher cost.

Seller now ignoring all communications. Do NOT buy vinyl from this seller, very dodgy business.

Great goods and customer service. Very happy overall, no complaints.
