Rarewaves offer extremely competitive pricing for their CDs. As others state, delivery isn't the quickest, but the CDs did arrive within their stated delivery time. The only reason I haven't left a 5* rating is because on one of CDs the shrink-wrap looked like it may have been opened before.

Arrived as described

Although we had some issues with my order from UK to EU Rarewawes solved the issues and I finally received my order in excellent condition. The issues were solely related to Brexit and are not at all related to Rarewawes way-of-working. I will continue ordering from them in the future. They have an execelent customer service.

Long delivery time and the part of the order didn't arrive. However, customer services were excellent and resolved without issue. Great prices & the customer service was very good

On July 27th I ordered three items, 2 Blu-Rays and a vinyl LP all of which were really good value at just over £6 each. I received the Blu-Rays a week later but two weeks after that there was still no sign of the album. On writing to Rarewaves they got back immediately and told me to wait another 7 working days and contact them if it still hadn't arrived. A week later still no sign, so I wrote back and they told me they would send a second copy. A week after that I let them know there was still nothing and instead of chasing it up they refunded me without asking.

They claim not to be able to track delivery of orders. In my experience even the most basic postal services offer some form of tracking system. The refund was massively disappointing given that Rarewaves had committed to my order and I had spent some considerable time on email exchanges with them. My suspicion is that the LP was mispriced at £6.31 because when I search for it now, the same disc it costs £37.06.

I am therefore wondering if the 'missing package'/refund solution was providing a convenient way of them not losing money. Especially as I have never had a single package go missing like this let alone TWO IDENTICAL PACKAGES.

I placed an order for 4 items on the 17th of August, 3 show as dispatched on the 19th but only 1 has arrived and 1 of the items is still just sat at confirmed. There is no tracking information or detailed information about the progress. This fragmented and inconsistent delivery process is very poor, I understand the postage was free so it isn't going to be the quickest but I would honestly rather pay and be able to see where my items areand have a more consistent delivery.

The price of the book was very reasonable, and the delivery price very good. RAREWAVES , costumer service is very efficient and replies very fast. I highly recommend.

Service was excellent

Iam really satisfied with the prices and the condition i received my parcels, they were as described, but i have to say, the shipping part was jail time. Untracked service is stressful and annoying, i don't think people would mind to pay a little bit more for tracking service. Apart from the Untracked shipping though, iam satisfied with the parcels i received.

I ordered the item a month ago and it still has not arrived. No satisfactory response was forthcoming from the company to explain the delay.
