Sometimes things happen outside of our control. This is true even for companies. And one of those things is the mail. When part of my order got lost in the mail, Rarewaves reps were very quick to respond to my inquiries and worked to resolve the matter. I would 1000% order from Rarewaves again.

The delivery is some times quick and some times not. The customer service is excellent.

In a world of dwindling choices beyond corporate monopolies for retail shopping, Rarewaves proves to offer a very industrious, resourceful and supremely professional shopping experience. Very happy with my order overall, I would give 5 stars if one of the packages arrived in a better condition, it was basically open, im surprised nothing was lost and n the way here, regardless, the books were in very good condition, surprisingly! Totally recommend, very good alternative to Amazon if you dont mind a longer delivery time. Also, one of my orders was a bit late, but I got good support from customer service. Already made my second order 🙌

3 LPs ordered and had 3 separate deliveries. Each came as "1 of 1".
This means I had no idea if I would receive all 3. However, I did.
Just a bit disconcerting that there was no acknowledgement of the "others" being sent separately after receiving the first.
All good in the end.

Rarewaves are a great company, good selection at great prices BUT and it’s a big but, they use untracked Royal Mail for standard delivery. I have used Rarewaves twice so far and both times delivery has been bad; I’m actually still waiting for my 2nd order which was dispatched on 11/08/26. There is no tracking number so you have no idea when or if it will be delivered so stress levels mount. I emailed Rarewaves and although the reply was prompt, I got the impression it was from an AI bot (what real person would say “We are so sorry to hear that your order has surpassed the expected timeframe and has yet to arrive.” ) and it basically said wait a few days. This has put me off using them, unless I can’t get the cd anywhere else because who needs the stress.
They need to revamp their standard delivery and make it trackable as a minimum level of service if they want me to use them as anything else but a last resort. Finally if I am right about the AI bot email, get rid of it, it’s condescending to your customers.

You guys have good variety of vinyl albums and some with attractive pricing. Therefore even with my first purchased is 11 different albums.

Just that the single purchased order has break into 3 different parcel. First was 7 albums only which our local duty tax and process is being imposed. The second parcel was only 1 album, it went straight through at our doorstep.

Now I'm stuck with my 3rd parcel which believe its the remaining 2 albums with our local custom clearance. Biggest issue they are all same shipment numbers, it got system confused that full tax being paid based on 11 albums amount. And now the balance 2 albums is once again charged for the same tax amount. Trying to explain and clear it with the authority department which they are not getting it. It has been dealing till this very moment try not to pay extra / additional tax to get both the albums.

Putting the above situation that make things so complicated plus the local post department for each time clearance, there is a fee to it. And now I'm paying double the fees due to you different parcel shipment under 1 order purchased.

This has created so much hassle and time consuming that you guys are getting my rating at such.

One of the best music sellers to buy from that I know. Love the unusual finds, great prices, well packaged and quickly dispatched. If any follow up queries are needed the comms are always very fast, friendly and helpful. Fantastic

The range of Blu-rays on Rarewaves is unequivocally unmatched. Shipping is easy and while some pricing is a little high, a lot of it is reasonable and specials are common. My only issue is that communication can be a little sparse. I didn’t receive tracking and they split my order without informing me. The other half came soon after the first, but it would have been nice to know. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Rarewaves for any media enthusiast
