Always great prices across a broad selection of titles of old and new releases matched with prompt shipping which is great when you are ordering from the other side of the planet ( down under Australia ), takes a bit longer to receive items obviously but way cheaper than aussie prices . Keep up the great prices and service.

My parcel arrived 2 weeks after it was shipped , most of the time my delivery's arrive within a few days but sometime they take longer .good company but delivery time can be a little spotty .

I had the most wonderful experience with this bookseller! My book was delayed because the package was badly treated by the courier. The label was unreadable... I didn't know this... So,after a while I asked if Rarewaves could send me a replacement and they did. After a few days the original book finally arrived in great condition but with the badly treated package. I immediately contacted Rarewaves to see if they could recall the second package, but it was too late. They were super nice about this whole thing! Because it was too late to recall the package they let me keep the second book that hasn't arrived yet. Pity they couldn't recall the book and sell it to someone else... I highly recommend this company!

The customer service is fantastic...I hadn't received the LP I ordered so contacted rarewaves. They had a replacement sent straight away that I received a few days later...Prices are fantastic and they have a huge selection of hard to get titles on vinyl.

Still waiting gor my item to be delivered.

Everything I ordered was delivered in good condition and my pre-orders were promptly dispatched. The delivery costs were also excellent. Rarewaves also has a fantastic range of records and blurays.

Fast service with very helpful and polite customer support.

A very enticing selection of physical media with some decent prices and offers. Selection of bluray, 4k and CD rapidly replacing Amazon as my go-to site. The main let down is the delivery service, which is frankly dreadful. I seem to have to contact them on every order about something. Given that you pay for delivery, it's pretty poor service. My latest order of just 4 CDs cost me over £3 for delivery (sounds about right for RM 48hr yeah?), but no tracking info, I think currently 2 weeks and only received 1 disc so far! Previous order was dispatched in multiple packages but only 1 tracking number provided and again arrived in dribs and drabs over the space of 2 weeks. I haven't yet failed to receive an item but the entire delivery process is very opaque and nerve wracking. If they could sort this out, they have the potential to be a 5* company, and I really hope they can!

On this order I bought 3 Blu-ray which I was told were all dispatched around 48 hours later. One arrived the following Monday but the other two didn't arrive here until Friday of the following week.
I've made another order of 4 x Blu-ray since then. One got here a week ago, 2 arrived this morning & one remains outstanding.
It's my only problem with an otherwise excellent company. Great prices, offers et al.

Cheapest price. Not the speediest of deliveries. Can't complain at the cost though.

I think product pricing is fair. I also think the postage rates from Europe to the US are fair as well.

I felt that the delivery service seemed to take longer with this purchase than with others I have had. I would appreciate more notices/updates about the delivery; there isn't much contact with the buyer once the order has been placed.

Item was delayed for delivery but Rarewaves kept me informed when I contacted them & the item has arrived today.I would recommend Rarewaves as a Top Seller on prices & Customer Service.

Just very good customer service if there is a problem they get in touch and sort it out quickly . The only thing is the packaging could be better so less chance of getting damaged in the post .

Great prices and great range. Shipping is a bit slow but as it’s free over £10 then can’t complain.
