Discovered Rascal as my son follows the Wingroves on YouTube and is a massive fan. Placed an order to treat my son, unfortunately one item had come out of stock. Rascal emailed me soon as apologising, gave me a refund straight away, sent a free gift and upgraded my delivery to next day. They gave me amazing customer service, the clothes were really good, great quality and I look forward to shopping with them in future.

So sad for my boy
So sad for my boy. 2 orders both unfulfilled and cancelled after weeks of waiting. After first order received apology free 40 voucher and promise of free gift which was great and helped me placate my upset 6 year old. Then after another few weeks second order cancelled and refunded . No free gift rrived as promised after first order and one extremely upset and distraught 6year old who spends his days watching Billy and family on YouTube and is football daft. Altogether very disappointing. Can't take chance in trying to order again given the upset caused over the last couple of months. Please don't put things up for sale that can't be fulfilled it has long lasting impact on families.

Waited 24 days for delivery
Waited 24 days for delivery, with no updates, when order finally came 10 out of 19 items are missing!!! No explanation as to why, no invoice, no communication whatsoever!!! Really upset with the customer service of this company as finding over half the items missing after waiting all this time was very disappointing, I ordered matching sets and now nothing really matches.
