Sorry I did not do better research before I ordered. I expected the two dresses might not fit, but I was not prepared for the poor quality fabric and dresses that barely resemble the pictures on the website. From all reviews here, and more in-depth read of the return policy, it appears that a local thrift shop will receive my dresses. I do not have the time or energy, not do I want to spend more money, on trying to arrange for a return. It is impossible to reach the "customer service" department that we are referred to! Buyer Beware if you choose to order from Rasney!

I received my order in a timely manner. I am 5’6” and weigh 145. I ordered large but will be ordering medium instead.

The items purchased were exactly as described online. I should have ordered up a size for the blue-striped dress but it fits (just a bit snug in the chest area).
I will no doubt be ordering again from Rasney. The quality is legit. I'm a happy camper.

The dress does not fit. There is no way it is a 2X.
Have tried emailing vendor to return it and get my money back with NO response.

This company is a scam. I ordered 2 dresses and they were cheap and way too small for their size. One of the dresses was different than the order!
There is no way to directly communicate with them. I’ve been trying to get return info for over a week; an address, an authorization, etc.
They just keep sending me a copy of my order.
No phone number or return process on their website.
Today they offered to pay me $14 for my $85 order!

Extra expenses for Canadian shoppers, a lot.

Dress size and quality are very good. Shipping took longer than expected.

The dress was good quality fabric. The size was a little off. Too small in the bust I am 5’2” and 40D in bust. I did reorder because I loved the dress.

Include a receipt with shipment so I can figure out where it came from! Once I try to get the wrinkles out of the pants and one of the dresses, I will know whether or not I like them.

I need to return 2 dresses that were way too small even though I ordered the size I wear. How do I find the “form” on their website that they require to return an item? I have received no response to that question from Rasney.

The dress I ordered was just what I hoped for. I love your products. I will order again. The size was also perfect.

I received exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. Only issue was a "tracking" message I could not open because the protections on my computer labeled it a dangerous site.

This pant was stolen from a reputable company. How do you find the original designer or company?

I am trying to return!!! They have deleted all my texts and deleted my order!!!

They offered me 10 dollars to keep a dress that does not FIT!!

Shipping very slow. No doubt goods were coming from overseas - certainly not South Carolina, USA. Clothing has no content label or place of origin, which maybe a US requirement. Fabric was synthetic of some sort. That said, the clothing fit and I won’t attempt to return anything. I’ll see what it does after washing.

I see I am one of many who have got scammed by this company! I order two swimsuits. $80 in total. Took 5 weeks to arrive. Once I received, I was totally disappointed. First off, the sizes are not correct. I ordered a medium. I couldn’t even get the tops on. More like a size 2 than 8-10. The bottoms, I didn’t even attempt to try one. They are panty see through material. Very Cheaply made. I like the others on here was offered 3 offers for refund, the highest being $25…I rejected the offers and then was given a return address No 47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai - UAE +852 81990571. And I would have to pay shipping, send them the tracking number. This would cost me more than I paid for the swimsuits. Others have sent back and never received refund!!THIS IS NOT A US COMPANY AS THEY INDICATE ON THEIR SITE. Do not order from this company!!

The black dress was sized wrong. It was a medium size, not nearly XL.

Buyer beware! I ordered 3 dresses. Two did not fit. When I contacted customer service, I was asked if I'd like to exchange. I said NO, two of the three dresses don't fit, odds are not good that the exchange will work. Then customer service offered me $18 as compensation and said I could keep the dresses. They cost over $90. They finally offered $36 as compensation. Their return warehouse is in Dubai, even though they advertise that their clothing is made in the US and that they have warehouses all over the US. My order shipped from Jamaica NY. Would never order from them again. You will not get your money back if there is an issue with quality or fit. They are obviously not US-based.

Ordered a dress that took a very long time to arrive. When it got here the print was distorted and blurry. When I requested a refund they offered to give me a $12 refund and I could keep the dress. We went back and forth and they finally offered a $26 refund for a $49 dress. I will never shop from them again.
