Horrible!
The site seems suspicious, asking for full payment before even getting in touch with an instructor. Then, at the time of lesson, I got a message, 15 minutes into my lesson, that my instructor was too far away and couldn’t make it. I called them for a refund and the connection was absolutely horrible, going silent for minutes at a time constantly. Extremely disappointed!!

The instructor has confirmed they misunderstood the pick-up area, and we’ve reminded them to double-check location and travel distance before accepting any learner.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better driving instructor. He is incredibly kind, patient, and has such a warm, genuine soul. From the very first lesson, he made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, which made learning to drive so much less stressful. Every lesson was filled with laughter, encouragement, and reassurance, and he always took the time to explain things clearly without ever making me feel rushed or judged. His patience is unmatched, and his calm, positive attitude gave me so much confidence behind the wheel. Best driving instructor in Yorkshire
If i could give Seb more than 5 stars i would! He put his heart and time into ensuring i pass first time. Although i was not the easiest student at times Seb was patient and reassuring while not letting me get away with bad habits. Great teaching techniques and a great guy.

The lessons overall were great and I passed first time.
However, despite following the lessons I was entitled to a refund, rightly so I was charged for lessons that I need to cancel last minute (morning of/night before)- although I was not made aware of this. I wasn’t provided with terms and conditions only to be told they would be found on the website.
Some lessons were started late and did not fulfill the full two hour slots as I would have prior commitments post lesson. This was denied when claiming the refund.
I settled the refund for what they have claimed was the remaining hours despite not agreeing with it as there was too much back and forth.
Overall I would recommend but be extremely precise on cancellations & lateness as they do not take the customers word
