App needs updating.
No issue with instructors.
App needs some improving, numerous times I purchased lessons and they were not available on my dashboard. This then lead me to have to spend a couple hours (days if it’s the weekend) trying to resolve the issue. The in app support is pointless as it’s never online and if it wasn’t for Michaela being willing to help me out of hours I would have not bothered with this app much longer than I did.

We have identified the bug and now resolved it. As a learning for us, we are now going to add a way for learners to report bugs in the app that will allow issues to be resolved quickly.

Marie Wright is an excellent instructor. She is a natural teacher and very helpful with all the examples she gives to help me understand.
She also creates funny driving scenarios that make you stay calm if you are a nervous driver.

Excellent service. I had struggled to find an instructor with availability in my area after searching extensively, but after signing up with Rated Driving they connected me with my instructor the very next day. The app was user friendly and reliable and kept everyone accountable for a smooth experience. My instructor Mari was just brilliant - experienced, organised with a great teaching style, and made the most of all our lesson time.

Really good customer support
When there was a small problem with finding me an instructor the customer service team especially Michaela were very quick with solving the problem for me and I had a driving instructor within a couple of days.
