Super simple and quick no hassle process. I barely had to do anything myself besides signing the papers, a very stress-free and easy refinance. Carene was great and very knowledgeable about the whole process. She kept me in the loop consistently and in a timely manner through everything.

I highly recommend Rate Genius, this company was a great help to me refinancing my Truck, lowering my payments and a lower APR. customer success rep, and from the moment I started speaking about my issue I was taken seriously, and I felt like Laura was genuinely concerned about helping me. I followed up with Laura and yet again her customer service was put on full display as she not only got in touch with the team responsible for the issue, but she emailed me on a Saturday, and I believe she was off that day to follow up with me. I really appreciate the time and extra effort that Laura took with me. I told her she was one of the "good ones", I hope her supervisor realizes what an asset Laura is to their team.
