It's mind-blowing that Ratepunk is able to save us a chunk - we can buy duty free (long haul) and buy onboard meals (domestic legs) without a sweat -
OMG what seemed so far fetch is becoming a reality flying at least 2-3 times per year.

Good value for money
Good value for money, not a scam for lowering prices, just genuinely scanning for the lowest prices, even though they sometimes lead to questionable and very lengthy routes.

Hello Ann,
We’re very sorry for the frustration and the amount of effort it took to get this resolved. Having to go through so many messages to cancel a subscription is not the experience we want to provide.
We’ve asked our team to review the case and help sort it out, as it’s clear that shortcomings in our processes contributed to the problems you experienced. We want the cancellation history and the previous communication to be looked at properly.
We appreciate you raising this and are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
