I first heard about Rateswitch via Martin Lewis on his MSE Website. I was not disappointed. The Rateswitch website is clear, concise and brings you the best available mortgage deals in seconds.

I got a great new mortgage with Lee. Not just in terms of the rate but he really understood the details of our financial and family situation and got us a deal that suited us in terms of upfront fees and exit fee. Most importantly of all, Lee was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout and made what could have been a painful process very, very easy. In terms of communication I personally found the combination of whatsapp and phone calls suited me very well (although I presume if you want to communicate in other ways they would accommodate that). I can't recommend them enough.

What a fantastic and easy transition, I am supper happy with the contact I had with Lee. He contacted me after using the rate switch button on the control panel and found a great deal that couldn’t get anywhere near with anyone else or direct with my current provider. The switch was started and completed within days with zero fuss. Lee has saved me £80 a month on my contract payment so I can now overpay by this and keep track on the web site. I found RateSwitch as the result of an internet search. My current Buy-to-let Mortgage arrangement was coming to an end. Lee contacted me directly after my inquiry and quickly understood my requirements. He explained verbally in the first telephone call how Rateswitch operated and the information that would be required from me. The telephone call was followed by prompt email correspondence. Lee was efficient and professional in all respects. He went the extra mile by finding other options available as well as the obvious re-mortgaging with the current provider.
