Lee was very helpful and made getting an new cheaper switched rate with the Halifax very simple with the minimum of paperwork.

I would highly recommend Rateswitch for a hassle free mortgage switch. They made it extremely easy to switch our mortgage for a better rate.
They explained the whole process along the way and there was no pressure. So at the very least it is worth seeing if you can get a better mortgage deal.

I was searching the usual comparison sites as it was time to switch my mortgage. After reading a few articles on thisismoney.co.uk RateSwitch kept cropping up.
I checked trust pilot to make it wasn't a scam or anything and all the reviews looked great so thought I would give them a go.

I filled the initial part on the website out and the next morning (it was late when I did it) someone contacted me to discuss my options.
I was really pleased as he explained clearly how the process worked, how he got paid and all the other jargon stuff that comes with this sort of stuff.

Long story short - Natwest had offered me (fixed term coming to an end) one price but for new customers a cheaper rate. Rateswitch managed to sort me the cheaper rate within a couple of days (I was quick to get the paperwork loaded to the portal they asked me to use - also note that it was really simple to use). They did explain that they could have probably gotten me a lot cheaper deal than the one I wanted with Natwest - but I wanted that one for other reasons.

I really would recommend using the service again, and as some my insurance is up for renewal in the new year etc I will be using the service again.
