They sent me the product and then customer service reached out but would not answer my questions and couldn't even provide me with a link to the product I wanted. (This is because the link to their products was not obvious and I purchased the wrong product).

They would also not consider an exchange even though I was prepared to pay.

Item received wasn’t as described on their website at all. Frame with a slit in!? No hinges, no elastic or string to hold 150 pictures. Utter scam and I’ve heard nothing back from their support email to get a refund, swap or return the piece of junk I got. Avoid !!!

Total dog waste. I ordered the kids pic frames. I got garbage and paid over $500 cad. They offered me 5, 8, then $11 for a refund.

I ordered 3 hinged children's art display frames for more than $60 and received 3 simple slotted frames. When I complained they said that I ordered slotted frames, but the picture on my order confirmation showed a hinged frame. Nowhere on the website does it mention or depict the kind of frame I received, I couldn't even use their search tool as the website is now barely functional. Clearly a scam, very misleading, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

If I could give no stars then I would. Do not trust this company! I paid a decent amount of money for the product that was advertised and did not receive it. I received something else and then have had nothing but terrible service since. Only to be told that it's not the wrong item that was shipped even though I sent pictures that clearly showed otherwise. I was also then told that the exchange or refund process would take too long and if they are not what I want then to give them to friends as gifts.
I have seen that I am not the only person that this has happened to which is very disappointing.

I received items that were clearly different from the items I ordered. I complained with a picture of the items I ordered and a picture of the items I received, but they insisted that these are the correct items.
They told me that they could not give me a refund according to their rules. This is a disgusting scam group that tramples on the feelings of parents who care about their children.
I paid US $75 but for some reason they are offering to refund US $3. I don't understand!

Having ordered from the site the reviews are made up and fake. Total junk arrived for £50 which was smashed to pieces in transit. Asked for a full refund based on my consumer rights allowing me to return the items within 14 days of delivery which was refused and offered $5. Now in the hands of my Credit Card company to resolve under Section 75. AVOID AND DO NOT USE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
