Excellent quality and Service

The quality of the furniture is excellent. I bought my high bar set 3 years ago and it looks as good as new. Daniel’s Customer Service was speedy and he has resolved my issue (not manufacturing fault but of our own making) speedily and efficiently. My replacement has arrived within 3 days. Im delighted. The sun has also come out so thats a bonus.

Good product Great Service

I purchased a set of patio furniture back in 2024. All delivered as planned at the time and enjoying the furniture. Friends of our have very similar furniture but paid a lot more. Reason for posting a review now is that I had an issue, of my own making, and made some enquiries to RattanPark. Instead of them advising me what to do they went and fixed the problem for me. In this day and age it’s great to see proper decent customer service. Credit where it’s due. Fair play and I’d highly recommend not just for a decent product but they’re obviously decent bunch of people too.

Fantastic customer service

We ordered garden furniture and covers from Rattan Park. Delivery was swift and we were kept updated. We ordered the wrong cover and Daniel could not have been more helpful in allowing us to change it and making sure we got the right cover to fit the set we had ordered. The furniture is fantastic, cushions are extremely thick and comfortable! Excellent communication and service, I would highly recommend Rattan Park.

Good Quality Garden Storage Box

I ordered a garden storage box on 8th April and received it on 10th April.....
Super quick delivery the quality is amazing and it was really easy to assemble. Would definitely recommend.

Awful customer experience furniture was…

Awful customer experience furniture was not delivered on due date and then was given an estimated date !! The customer services team were too slow to respond to my repeated requests for a delivery date. Very poor have asked for a full refund. They are not getting my business

Furthermore, we have no record of any direct contact made with our RATTANPARK customer service team regarding this order.

We would also like to highlight that our customer service team responds to all inquiries within 24 hours. Additionally, if a tracking number was provided, this indicates that the order was processed through a separate sales channel and fulfillment system.

With all due respect, we kindly ask you to consider that we are a separate division of RATTANPARK, and the review does not reflect our service or standards. In its current form, this review is unfair to our company, as it attributes responsibility to us for processes and communication that were not handled by our team.

I recently purchased garden furniture…

I recently purchased garden furniture from RATTANPARK and I am absolutely delighted with my experience. From the very beginning, the customer service was excellent – friendly, responsive, and very helpful with all my questions.

The furniture itself is beautiful and of outstanding quality. It looks elegant, feels very sturdy, and is incredibly comfortable. You can really see the attention to detail and craftsmanship in every piece. It has completely transformed my garden and made it a perfect place to relax.

Delivery was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition, well-packaged and ready to use. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.

I highly recommend RATTANPARK to anyone looking for stylish, high-quality outdoor furniture and professional service. I will definitely be coming back for future purchases!

Awful quality going forward

Awful quality going forward . Our set is just 4 years old and is covered by 2 expensive covers during winter . The plastic strips especially under table have snapped in numerous places . We spent over 1200 on this and its falling to bits . Our cheap B&M sofa recliners have outlasted this and cost a mear 100.
I would expect a 1.2k item to last longer especially when its not used 7 months of the year .
** The order was supplied via Amazon ** if your covers are as bad as your furniture products I will give it a miss thanks **

In some cases, covers that are not properly matched to the furniture may contribute to premature wear of certain components.

For our products, we recommend using dedicated covers from our range, which are specifically designed to provide optimal protection and compatibility with our furniture.

Damaged goods

Unfortunately, the product I bought arrived broken. It was the last pair of sun loungers they had that matched the set that I have.
It comes wrapped in a pallet. When they came to retrieve it, I had to repack it, which was a bit of an ask as the box was pretty much destroyed.
They get the one star for repaying me within a few days of it being picked up.

Our customer service team then spoke with you by phone to discuss the situation and agree on a convenient collection date.

As communicated, we confirmed that the refund would be processed promptly once the goods had been collected. This is exactly what was done—the refund was issued immediately after collection. At the same time, we informed you that, depending on banking and system processes, the funds may take 2–4 working days to appear in your account.
