Expensive samples that look different to website.
From the photos on the website I'd expected the Kaji Kukei in Cinnamon to have a bit more orange in it. But the tile that arrived was just brown. You could call it chocolate rather than cinnamon. I wouldn't have minded, except that the samples are actually quite expensive too.

We are sorry that the colour of this tile did not match your expectations. Colour is highly subjective, and photographing it is almost impossible because what you see with your eyes is the light in your environment reflecting off the glaze. It would have been helpful to hear about your disappointment directly rather than here, but we have refunded you for this sample anyway.
