DO NOT ORDER

I ordered the product over 4 days ago and they’ve yet to send an email confirming that it shipped and I also don’t see any shipping label created!!

I saw all of the negative reviews with similar experiences so I’m now disputing the transaction with my bank. There’s no reason a 2 day ship shouldn’t have been here by now! I order 2 other products from 2 other vendors and already received them both! One was a day after this order! This is inexcusable..

DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS SITE! There is other options with the same supplements for the same price who actually ship!

Edit: I ordered a Rollkit and a test off of rollkit.net. It shipped SAME DAY and they provide tracking. Use them instead!!!

Scam company

Scam company,
Website advertised same day shipping.

Ordered 24th May
Emailed for a follow up on the 1st June
Took them 11 days to reply on the 12th June

Emailed again to tell them I don’t need it anymore and then communication went silent for 2 months.

Got an email today saying it’s shipped today. After 3 months.

Buyers be aware, it might take over 3 months for them to ship, and you won’t get a refund or anything because the customer service is literally non-existent.

I never left a negative review for a company. It’s shocking that this company has not broken any customer law and still taking people’s money.

Purchased from this site ORDER 5513 on…

Purchased from this site ORDER 5513 on July 25 and to date no delivery of my items. Emailed them several times and no response. BUYER BEWARE. I am going on the rollsafe.org to email them about this. I want my money refunded.

No delivery

No delivery, no responses to emails. I ordered 5 days ago and paid an extra $40 for 1 day international shipping. I'm travelling for an event and have been waiting all week. Spent a total of $70, will be getting a chargeback from my credit card company. Shame on you guys - stealing people's money! I ordered from them last year and had a great experience - I guess things have drastically changed. My order number is 5459 btw.

MONTH LONG WAIT

I ordered on 6/24 and paid 2 day air. There's nothing on their site about fulfilments being delayed. It's 7/15. I emailed them requesting a refund nothing had shipped after 2 weeks of waiting. Still haven't heard from them.

Spent $70 still no items 30 days later

I order $70 worth of supplements on 6/7/24. Received my confirmation email showing my order. It’s now 7/4/24 and I’ve sent multiple emails with no response and asking for a refund because I haven’t received anything. I’m extremely disappointed as now I have to contact the bank to get my money back. I’ll be warning others not to order here.

Placed an order, got a confirmation email weeks ago and haven't received anything else. I've tried contacting them but haven't heard a single reply. save your money and go through someone else!

Order not shipped and emails not responded to

I ordered six packs of the RaveRX vitamins on May 30 for an event on June 7-8. The website said they would be shipped the next day. I got the order confirmation email and since then, no product and no updates. I've reached out to the company via email and have not gotten a response. I'm disappointed because this product has been suggested on a number of harm reduction websites. I purchased a different product from Amazon for my event but would like my money back since I spent 50.00 on these supplements.

No tracking/email response/delivery

EDIT: As of 6/11, I finally got some email correspondence. They advised me of issues relating to their email provider and that my order had been delayed due to their recent relocation, and that my order should be processed and sent out by the end of next week. I will update this again once I know more.

OP: Order 5165 - Placed an order on 5/25 about a week before my event since their website boasts 3-4 day shipping time. By 5/30 I hadn't gotten any tracking information, so I replied to my email order confirmation which came from to see if they could provide an update. I got no response. My event has now come and gone, so on 6/4 I sent a separate email to the same address asking for an update/tracking. I have triple checked that I am indeed emailing the email address listed on their website.

As of today 6/11, I still don't have my order, or a response from the 3 different emails I've sent. I'm hopeful that I will still get my delivery, albeit late, instead of having to pursue a refund through my financial institution. I'm waiting a few more days and will update this review if anything changes. So far, not a great experience.

Received after 3 month

Updtate 06092024 : i sought i was scammed but i finnally received my order, 3 month later.
Raverx are very (very) LOW but they are honnest. So i give 4 stars for that.

Orderded 22 days ago and received nothing.
I sent severals mails to get an update and a shipping number, no answer....

EDIT : 24.06 still received nothing, sent several mails no answer. Wake up raverx !!!

false promises + horrible communication = scam?

Ordered on May 27th (for reference, the order number is 5177). The website promises same-day delivery. However, so far I have only received the order confirmation—no status updates, no tracking information, nothing. I've sent three emails with no response. I still hope this is just poor communication and not a scam. I'll provide an update by the end of the week.

@james please check your mails or user another provider. This communication is horrible

Terrible communication and never received order

I placed two orders within days of each other, and their website says that orders placed before 8pm will be sent out same day. It has been over a week and I have not heard anything! I have sent multiple emails and have not received a response.

Waiting for Communication

Like the other posters, I placed a large order and have not received it. I also have not received tracking information despite multiple additional emails. I am disappointed as I ordered well in advance of an event I need them for but at this rate, they will not arrive in time. I had ordered from them before and received similar service but fortunately they were able to make it right just in time. I'm hoping they are able to do the same now because I enjoy recommending their product.

Ordered, slight technical issue caused delay, ended up receiving product!

EDIT: A technical issue caused a delay in communication and in receiving the product, but after reaching out via trust pilot the RaveRx team connected with me, and assured me the product was on its way. Their message seemed genuine, and sure enough it arrived shortly after, and all seems well!

Technical issue led to miscommunication, but eventually customer service solved it all !

IMPORTANT EDIT: I finally got mails from the team at raverx.com! Apparently, it was an issue with their email provider, so that I did not get notice of processing delay on my order. I have been told that I've been issued a full refund, as well as the order being already shipped. I'll edit again once the refund is credited.

REEDIT: My bank account has been credited of a full refund, and the seller also send my full order free of charge as a compensation. All in all, it was a technical problem, but the seller manage to solve it, so I change the rating from 1 to 4. Customer service, despite the email server not functioning, ended up being very humane.

Short story: I got scammed. My money went through, but received nothing, and had no communication from the store even though I sent numerous emails.

I ordered from the website on a Saturday morning, and mistakenly ordered twice too much.

The payment page does not feature 3d secure so you can't double check before the payment goes in, which is why I did not notice that I apparently added the item a second time.

I sent an email asking if it would be possible to modify the order, or cancel it before it is dispatched, as the store advertise a same day dispatch guarantee, as well as full refund guarantee.

The next Tuesday, as I still had no answer from the store, nor any update concerning my order and whether it had been sent, I wrote another email asking for the status of the order and the full refund if it had not been sent.

Because I still had no news, I sent another email telling them I would place bad reviews, and ask for a charge back with my credit card provider. I quickly got the following answer:

"I hope you’re doing well.

Could you please confirm if you got our email yesterday?

Warm wishes, James."

As I though the issue would resolve, I ask for James to please send me the email again as I did not receive any communication from them both in my inbox and spams.

We are now one week after I got that email, and I still have not heard back from James, nor anyone from the store. As far as I know, the order has not been shipped, certainly not on the day I ordered, and definitely not with a shipping time of 2-6 days, as I ordered 10 days ago.

In the meantime I did send another couple of emails that stayed unanswered.

I think that whatever you were planning to do, You should definitely not order from raverx.com, as at the very least, their customer service is as inexistent as the store is swift in cashing in the money.

I would give 0 star, but I can't.

I'll repeat just in case: raverx.com is a scam website.

Edit: As I still get no answer from raverx.com by email, the only way to answer their reply to this review is in this edit. I did not receive any email from them at all even though I keep sending some every couple days.

I did receive a notification from FedEx that a parcel is on my way, but I did not get it yet, and I will refuse it as it has been shipped two and half week late, after I asked several times a cancellation and refund.

After not answering, and not applying your own same day shipping policy, you just ignored all of my emails and went on to send a package to my address instead of a refund. That's just terrible.

Of course, I checked my spams and all folders of my inbox. Raverx.com did not send me anything else than the email quoted above.
