Terrible. Little did I know they would take my card details and take £45 without agreeing to anything. Can’t cancel as I don’t know my log in, didn’t get email. Don’t even know what it is for.

Stupid replied to a Facebook post for a £2 sample box from boots ! Received nothing and am now apparently subscribed to a service I do not need, with a company I have never heard of !! Refered to card company as fraud, stay well clear !!
Clearly not a mistake as claimed by company on other posts, it's far to frequent to be a mistake ! £45 taken every 30 days by this scammer company

Fraudulent company. They offer a discounted bundle of discontinued goods for a nominal amount. As soon as you order you get an e mail stating you are enrolled in their monthly subscription. Do not order anything from them

I am writing to inform you that I have opened a dispute against your company regarding a transaction my wife for £2 for a Boots mystery box on the 9th July and the subsequent unauthorised subscription which was debited (£22.50) on the 12th of July.
I would appreciate your help in getting these charges reversed and the dispute closed asap.
Kind regards

The progress tracking and premium support have made a huge difference for my business site.
The templates are beautiful and the editor is a no brainer to use. Their responsive design is the real deal.
DISGUSTING
This company lures people in with a promise of a free mystery box from Boots only pay £2 shipping you fill out your details and pay the £2. Which I did it wasn't until I checked my statement that I found they'd taken 3 x £45 of subscriptions. I had to Google the company because I'd not heard of it I managed to cancel the said subscription and also emailed the company and explained what had happened and that they were duping people into signing up for their subscription " a website building company". They will not refund the £135 they took under false pretenses. IT IS A SCAM. PEOPLE ARE DUPED INTO THINKING THEY ARE JUST PAYING SHIPPING FEES FOR A MYSTERY BOX.
PLEASE BEWARE

Another scam -I paid £2 for a boots mystery box on June 2nd & still haven't received it. I emailed Ravnstruct asking when I could expect delivery & received a reply which read I had enrolled in a trial membership & the website doesn't sell tangible products only online services. I emailed them back two days ago to say the £2 had been paid to their company on June 3rd & asked for a refund - up to now I have not had any refund or the promised box. Perhaps it's because I read the reviews after I ordered it & realised I had been subscribed to their company, so I cancelled the membership. If the offer is reliant on taking out membership then they should state that in their clickbait. My loss may only be £2 but it's still a scam!
Update July 2nd: still waiting for a satisfactory explanation as to why this company took £2 from my account - I explained it should have been for postage for the mystery box after I filled in a questionnaire, but they just keep trotting out the same replies- 16 emails back & forth up to now! How hard is it for them to explain why their company took £2 from my bank account?

Honestly never thought I'd say this, but building my e-commerce site was a total breeze with these tools. Templates? Gorgeous. Editor? Super intuitive.
I'm not techy and I got it looking professional!
This company is a scam. It dupes people thinking they are merely paying for postage for a free product (in my case, a lego set for my kids) and then, with no warning at all, uses the money to instead sign you up to a subscription with Ravnstruct. The initial cost is low (about 2 or 3 pounds) but then they will take a monthly charge from your account of far more unless you actively cancel your subscription. Since their original "Welcome (to being scammed!) email may go to your spam folder, you may easily miss it and therefore just get money stolen off you. They are a disgrace.

This company are a total SCAM!!!! I can't emphasize this enough. Like so many others I was under the impression I was buying a boots mystery box and then has an attempted payment of £45 taken from my bank. Absolutely shocking that a company swindles innocent people out of their money. I am reporting them to my banks fraud team to stop them taking anything unlawfully again.

Pure scam - as other reviewers have I signed up for a Boots package only to be told that my sign-on was incomplete and now find that I have been charged £2 for the non existant package and £20 for some fictitious membership.

I also foolishly reacted to a pop up on Facebook. Paid £2 for a Boots box which surprisingly never materialised. Then I saw £45 come out of my account and questioned this. It seems I have subscribed to something I know nothing about. An absolute scam. I don’t know how you are getting away with this but it must be illegal. Stop pretending it’s not your fault as you are clearly just taking our money. Trouble is as no one intentionally signed up, we can’t warn people.

FRAUD! BE AWARE.
I reacted on a scam advertisement on Facebook and ordered a product for 2 Eur. What happened on the background is that I also ordered a subscription on Ravnstruct.com. I also saw that they charged 72 euros from my credit card without asking.
I contacted my credit card company and they blocked my credit card immediately.
So be aware of these scammers!
Update: Mail sent on 22 of April 2025 (No reaction so far):
Dear support department,
I reacted on a Facebook advertisement and ordered an electric step for 2 euros. It was given as an action product.
Unfortunaltely what happened is that I ordered a subscription at Ravnstruct, com without knowing it.
Two days later I noticed that you debited an amount of 72 euros from my credit card.
When I saw this, I contacted my credit card company and the immediately blocked my card. I also wrote a review on trustpilot for scamming by your company.
Please refund my 72 euros on my bank account immediately!
Thanks very much.

FRAUD. I purchased somthing through Facebook for £2. It was an add of a well known hair brand offering a detangle brush. I entered my bank details and never received no emails but payments deducted out of my bank. One for £2 and then two payments of £45. When emailing them they said that I subscribed to them! and that I can not get any of my money refunded as they apparently sent me emails to say I can cancel my subscription.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAILS FROM THIS COMPANY JUST RIDICULOUS AMOUNDS BEING TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK. !!!
BE AWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

This organisation ( cs-ravnstruct) sends unsolicited emails that appear to be from another company, for example "Screwfix" they offer the chance to win some sort of prize. The email appears to be genuine and legitimate from another company. It announces that you have won, and asks for a small payment to cover postage for your "prize". What you have done is give cs-ravnstruct your payment details and you have unknowingly signed up for a subscription.
