If information is not as it states then do email us at Admin@Raw2k.com, so we can look into this. But do note that at time of collection, you are in your full rights to inspect a vehicle and refuse if not as it states.

I had a situation when I was buying a car, but the description of this car did not describe the damage to the right sill, which I had to repair at a high cost, this company does not respond to my messages. I do not recommend buying a car here.

My account has been suspended because you guys offered me a car after the original winner didn’t want the car so I lost the auction but still got offered the car I agreed to £2000 total including fees which you guys didn’t hear me out as a Custsmer and just added to my account I agreed to 2k total not over further more you guys offered me the car and didn’t listen to what I was saying and added it without me fully agreeing

We apologise for the confusion with this, an automated response in regards to the rejection of the bid. To clarify you had bid £2000 and sent an underbid offer. The fees would not be included in the £2000. It would have been £2000 plus fees.

Infact it was a piece off crap
They take bad photos and give a crap description
Payed 2300 for it and it needed another 1000 spent on it

Bike had undisclosed major damage. Tried to contact you, got nothing back. I will be resubmiting my complaint and uf I don't hear back i will make a claim through small claims court.
**Further to my 1 star review, i finally got my money back. I have only given you 3 stars as it took a number of emails and a threat of court to do it.

During collection you are able to inspect a vehicle prior to taking the vehicle off site.
