The first day I walk into a class not know what to expect but the ladies made me feel welcome. It's been years and I've never looked back.Tanya provides a space where all women can feel free to express their emotions exercise and have fun doing it. Tanya is forever creating events and hold space to support with out emotional wellbeing.I love being part of the RAW community. It's a real family over here💓

The best thing I ever signed up for. Not only do I feel safe I feel supported. A big part of my weight loss journey is because of these classes. A big part of getting my confidence back is because of these classes. Our amazing Coach Tee I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do.

Not only are we getting fit physically we are getting fit mentally and you just can’t get that anywhere. There are retreats parties sister circles etc all this for such an affordable price. I have loved everything about RAW and so excited for what is next ❤️

Honestly, my experience with Tanya and RAW has been life altering. I joined RAW at a time where my confidence was low and socialising wasn’t something I did outside of my circle. A year later, I’m doing more than I ever have and feeling the best I’ve ever felt about myself. I can’t thank Tanya and RAW enough for the conversations and movement that have helped to shape me over the last year.

I joined Raw ladies fitness to get myself moving more during menopause. In Tanya I have found a space to be myself faults and all with encouragement and accountability to be better. Although many years younger her self love spirit is infectious you cannot help but be positive. Genuinely one of life's good ones.

Amazing experience, I left feeling so light. The lessons, teachings and games were so uplifting, inspiring and powerful. I'm ready to step into my power and I can't wait to start creating my becoming board.

Yesterday evening was another great learning session that clearly and simply broke down the first and most important processes that you need to initiate and practice to build & maintain a business, project or product. Omg Glimmer was phenomenal! I’m still on a high days later and will continue to ride this wave. I feel ready for the year, more ready, more equipped. I KNOW I can step into ANYTHING. The world is my oyster.
I loved the different aspects of the day and how they came together to create a magical experience my children and I won’t forget. We came and as usual Coach Tee did not fail to deliver. She continues to reach new heights, provides us with innovative ideas and information to add to our portfolio. As a result of the day my daughter has already manifested one of her desires for 2024 and we are so grateful.
It feels so good to be in a room of likeminded individuals. The cinema experience was epic reminding me to NEVER play small.

Glimmer 2024 was all it was supposed to be and more. A fun packed exciting manifestation party for the whole family to enjoy. CoachTee always delivers a unique event and this one surpassed all the others. From start to finish it was sensationally superb!!!💥👏🏾🙌🏾 Playing the Game of life had me stripped naked and facing all kinds of beliefs and fears and running to pick up my courage within 5 mins of arriving at the plush Roseta Hotel in Reading. And I have a busted foot so I can’t even run 🤣 Had to get really creative and use my imagination to complete challenges indoors that the other attendees were doing outdoors. This game enforced my belief that really and truly anything and everything is possible if you believe in yourself and take action to create it. You just have to think outside the box. Actually dash the box away completely!

Cinema experience was amazing. CoachTee’s movie of her real life behind the scenes was riveting, enlightening and inspiring. Keep believing and never give up on your dreams & desires no matter what! Obstacles & setbacks are a part of life it’s how you choose to react to them and if you allow them to stop you that is the game changer.

I am all set and ready to go get what I want in 2024. CoachTee’s fun and simple processes together with so many useful & practical tools have left me fully equipped to manifest my hearts desires. I just have to keep my vibration high and do the work.

My heartfelt thanks goes out to CoachTee for all that she is and all that she does to help others every single day. She is an angel, kind, caring, thoughtful, wise & ingenious. She truly is divine ✨

Coach Tee’s ‘I am enough’ retreat was a turning point for me. It was such a beautiful day, full of emotions, the RAW truth, open feelings, the tears and the laughter. Feeling apprehensive but knowing that we were all there for the same reason, the magical energy in the room, energy that only she can bring, so bright and incredible. This was my first retreat, it surpassed any expectations. The journey of self-discovery is a windy path, leaving that room with new tools in my bag, I am so grateful for all that she does. She has the amazing ability to create so much, the care and imagination gives me the encouragement to want more for myself. Who am I? I am enough!

Simply the best!
I have been blessed to attend two of CoachTee’s retreats. Both of them have been experiences that I will never forget. The I am enough retreat last year was amazing. A room of people releasing their hurts & traumas and replacing them with love & healing. CoachTee is truly divinely guided and facilitates a safe, compassionate & caring space for everyone to be honest and speak their truth. We ate we drank we laughed we cried we had so much fun. It was a truly beautiful experience and I came away feeling happy, cleansed and liberated. I highly recommend attending her retreats. They are life changing and not to be missed!

Right on Time
What can I say about this I Am Enough weekender my God, it came for me at a time where I was searching for myself, searching for clarity, searching for answers. I had always wanted to attend one of Tanya’s Rawtreats but nothing could prepare me for what I witnessed. Tanya is such a genuine woman of God and loving soul and her desire to meet you exactly where you’re at is so beautiful to see. Tanya created a safe space where we could literally pour our hearts out and cry and she was right there to catch us if we fell. I have never seen a room so transformed. Her coaching on that day allowed so many of us to not only find but to step on that path to healing. The beautiful thing is she does not just leave you there, she reaches out to you long after the day is over, she checks in to find out how your getting on and she allows you to talk through whatever your going through. On that day, through one of her exercises I was able to recognise how I can literally push past my excuses and achieve my goals, it was a beautiful experience.
This and all of Tanya’s sessions have literally changed my life. Coach Tee does not just give you food, she teaches you how to fish and stand on your own two feet, strong and proud. Attending Coach Tee’s I Am Enough Tour was one of the best decisions and investments in self I have ever made and today I know I AM ENOUGH.

Coach Tee is an outstanding coach there is no words that can express my genuine appreciation for the work she has done for me. Tanya tanya tanya!! She is a powerful inspiring woman! My experience with her was really RAW! she has a way of making you feel a sense of rebirth! I am not the same person after the RAWTREAT!she is full of positive vibes and I feel very very lucky to have shared that time with her.She has continued to uplift and guide.i appreciate her for that.I would highly recommend doing both the vision party and the RAWTREAT.I will continue to use my experience for my future ❤

Having the opportunity to attend Tanya's Raw Retreat weekender was such a beautiful experience. I'm not sure if I can encapsulate it all without leaving anything out but I'll try

Day one was: it was actually breath taking, I laughed, I listened, I empathised, I cried and I got creative. Honestly, having a chance to really enjoy the company of so many great and aspiring people was ...ahh such a joy and we all left the day not just feeling full from the food and drink but my entire being felt nourished from the inside out.

Now day 2, coach brought the heat but you weren't scorched, but refined!! when we entered the room where we would spend the day, you could feel that Coach Tee had already entered the room, coz the energy felt electric but at the same time expectant, like a room about to birth something beautiful and amazing.
Part of me was thinking: oh no can I? dare I? as I had no idea what to expect but her warmth guided me in and ill never forget that day. The chains that were broken and the hearts that were soothed and healed are too many to mention but one thing I will attest to, is that none of us (around 30 -35 strong) none of us, not one of us left the same, each and everyone of us left different and better than how we'd been b4 we hit Coach Tee's room.
I cannot completely find words to express my gratitude and to say how much the weekend meant to me.
Watching Coach Tee,  all up in her element was so inspiring and she ensured that the day was fun, exciting and creative.
Hearing other journeys, was an eye opener.  Coach Tee specifically went around each and every person in the room to interact with each and everyone of her guests and sprinkled her love.
It definitely was a weekend that I'm so grateful I had the opportunity to witness and take part in.

This was my First time doing a Rawtreat weekender and I didn't know what to expect, but I am so glad I went in with no expectation as the weekend was magical! From the Vision not only did I get to DISCOVER creativity that I thought never existed in me, I got to spend a beautiful time with my daughter while we worked on our vision together and to top it off I got to spend time and bond with family I hadn't since I was a little girl, to be able to see, vibe and connect with so many people in the way that the Vision was beautiful facilitated, all I can say is thank you, because the Vision party itself bought forward my first manifestion of family bonding and I was so grateful to have to been in a space where I was able to do that. For anyone wanting to tap into Vision and Manifesting with a group or collective all with the same desire, I highly recommend you have to attend even just once in your life 🥰🙏🏽

Theres no word in the dictionary that explains the experience of Elevate. I didnt know i was holding my breath till i got there. A place to be free from a world that wants to drain and take from you. To a space of love, encouragement, support and sisterhood. Ive found my worth and my value. Im free to be me ❤️

I attended the 2nd day of Tanya's weekender and it was an amazing, spiritually uplifting experience in a safe, supportive and loving environment. It helped me to strip back and understand the things I needed to release, but also what things I need to do to continue on my journey. The Weekender, well...Such an inspiring and spirit enhancing experience. I had been listening to Coach Tee in the Cluhouse app for some time before the event but did not quite know what to expect. The Vision Party and Rawtreat were both amazing moments in time. Both opened me up spiritually and for the first time in a long time I accepted my emotions and looked inside myself. Since the Weekender I have become more purpose driven and in small part have taken steps towards initiating a few projects that I have been thinking of for some time but never moved on. My thinking has definitely broadened and I feel more balanced emotionally, spiritually and pyschologically. Thank You Coach T. In time it was just a moment but WHAT A MOMENT.

I’m very familiar with vision boarding and hasn’t gotten round to it at the point when the Tanya had invited me to the Raw Retreat.

The first day of the retreat was centred around a vision party. Who doesn’t like the sound of that? Intrigued by the day, I got myself a ticket and began to collate all of my images and words for my completed vision board.

On arrival to the beautiful space, we got to know one another with an intro activity and it was nice to see that people had travelled from all around the country, the range of accents was beautiful.

Tanya arrived shortly after everyone was welcomed in to the space, and when I say arrived, boy did she show up!

Tanya is a whole vibe! Her energy when she entered was undeniable. She looked stunning and I could tell it was going to be a great day.

We had a few different activities before the actual main part of the day, but they were chosen perfectly to get us relaxed and out of our own minds.

There were give aways!

I remember so clearly, the meditation we did before piecing our vision boxes together- it was so powerful and set the tone beautiful.

The experience was truly a 10/10 and I would recommend an event to anyone that enjoys hearing words of motivation and encouragement, anyone who’s practical in their approach to manifesting the life they want. People’s stories and journeys, were a testament to the work that Tanya had already been doing with them.

I hope to see Tanya in bigger spaces and on bigger platforms!
