What do you mean, why does every retail outlet call it a wonderful experience. All I did was order a couple pairs of denim jeans. Unfortunately they did not suit so I returned them, I would not call... See more

Disappointed
Disappointed. The item arrived poorly packed and the quality didn’t match the description. The worst part: I had to pay for the refund to be processed. I’ve never had this issue with Amazon or Shein — they handle returns and packaging far better. The company needs to improve.

2×32" items were bought
2×32" items were bought. Both say 32" on the labelling, but one pair is realistically a 30" item. Different sizes for sure! Products are actually of good quality and very reasonably priced. I'd recommend sizing is absolutely correct on shorts and trousers!

Poor customer service and lack of accountability
I ordered a pair of cargo jeans in black colour some weeks back and I received a blue one. After going back and forth with their team, they still insisted that they provided the correct colour. Despite providing enough evidence that they provided a wrong colour they did not own up to their mistake but they instead advised that I could return the jean and I had to pay for postage. The quality is good, and I decided to keep the pair of jeans. I ordered again this week to get the black one and I still received a blue one. This is so disappointing
