The order I placed arrived promptly as usual and although I had to pay for the return of 1 item ,that I had ordered too long, the replacement arrived quickly and the email to say my refund was being dealt with reassured me that all was well. This is the 3rd time I've ordered from this company and won't be the last.

Have been ordering the same jeans for…
Have been ordering the same jeans for the last few years, two pairs at a time, this time I was sent regular stone wash jeans instead of skinny stretch jeans which I have always ordered. The jeans did not fit, and they refused to acknowledge that they sent me the wrong order. As a result,it cost me in all over £8.00 in postage. Very poor customer service shall not be ordering again.
