This is a great shop. The staff are brilliant, take the time and trouble to help. Very quick with any queries. I have bought both in person at the shop and online. Quick delivery for online orders, well packed. Will definitely keep buying from here.

Why didn’t you let us know what the issue was? We take every review seriously and can’t believe you haven’t even sent us a message or email explaining what you are not happy with. Maybe next time let the company you are buying from know if there is an issue so we can rectify. The images are from the brand it’s self so don’t understand that.

We actually offer free shipping, which is a nice perk! If you had concerns then why not email us or message us on any of the social media platforms, before leaving negative reviews. Flier was enclosed in your order.
Regarding order numbers, you will have received an email when you placed your order stating it. Mailing bags are not supplied as we like to keep plastic to a minimum & do our bit for the environment.
If you do wish to return the items please follow our instructions on our website, which clearly state that all returns are at the expense of the buyer. I’ve copied a link below.😊
