Inexistent Client Support
Tried to order some time ago, and although they're EU based they don't ship to Portugal, don't answer your email, messages on Social Media, either they just don't care and ignore you or the person behind the Customer Care is doing a lowsy work. Maybe if you're a social media influencer, you'll get lucky. Not the average of mortals.

I got my package sooner than I expected. I had to reach out customer service because an issue with my order and quickly replied and fixed the issue. I haven’t try all of tge powders in my bundle but the ones I have are really good.
