I got a sample perfume when I brought a dress from ramraj and after using it and I really liked the aroma. Tried searching the same brand online couple of times and order the same.

I got wrong product
I got wrong product.
You say you want unboxing video. Once i already open box then i told you that i got wrong product. Without opening any box how i will know that i got wrong product. Worst customer service ever.

Based on our email conversation, the product you received does not belong to us. We checked the packing footage on our store camera, and we packed the correct product. It's possibly a case of theft during transit on the courier's side. We requested that you share an unpacking video as proof to file a complaint and claim the product cost, but you haven't shared this. Instead, you only shared a product photo. How can I verify that the product you pictured was actually inside the package? If I can't verify this, how can you expect a third-party company to believe your complaint?
Here are a few points for your understanding:
1. When you receive a package from the delivery person, check that the package is in good condition. If you suspect any tears, reject the package.
2. Always take an unpacking video for any product you buy through an online platform.
3. The product you received does not belong to us, and we don't deal with that product in our store.
4. We checked our store camera for packing footage. We packed the correct product.

Following these steps will help protect both you as a consumer and the businesses you purchase from. It ensures transparency and provides necessary evidence in case of any issues with your order.

Whether it is the wrong product or the correct product, even if the package is sent by someone you know well, taking an unpacking video is necessary. If the product is correct and not damaged, delete the video afterwards. If not, use the video to get a claim or replacement.
Before opening, you should take an unpacking video. It's the buyer's responsibility. The courier company is asking for the unpacking video and questioned whether the package was torn before receiving the package. For the sake of understanding, think if you were the seller: if some customer reported received the wrong product, but those items don't belong to your store, and the customer doesn't have any unpacking video, but only shared an image of the product's box, and in that image you don't find your packaging material, but just an image of some product, would you believe the customer's complaint? [KINDLY FOLLOW FIRST 2 POINTS, BEFORE RECIEVING AND BEFORE OPENING THE PACKAGE]
