Amazing and unforgettable experience
The whole process from booking until the end of the tour was amazing. The booking process was extremely easy and Yash took his time to explain everything via WhatsApp. Once we were booked, they reached out and made sure we had the drivers information. Tahir was our driver and tour guide, he is amazing. He went above and beyond. They picked us up from airport and even made an extra stop so that we could settle into our hotel. We had to worry about nothing, even the airport pick up was very smooth. The tour was a full day tour and basically includes everything you need to explore Abu Dhabi. I will be booking with them again for sure.

We assigned our tour Abu dhabi Tour to Rayna Tours However their Driver did not allow our Guest to get down and take pictures at any sightseeing locations the guest were only show the places from a distance and were brought back without proper stop Due to this un professional services and dissatisfactions we will never assign our tours to them in the future

Beware of Rayna tours Worst customer service, looks run by call Centre, Rayna tours might be a broker for other low cost Dhow cruise. No response from the cruise operator to locate the boat and finally we missed after the upfront payment

Rayna team was very nice listing and solving the issues very quickly specially from the first day when I started to chat and speak with main focal point Miss subodhini . Poor Service & Extremely Disappointing Experience — Would Not Recommend
I booked several activities with Rayna Tours for my Dubai trip, and the overall experience was quite disappointing. My booking advisor was Yash Vijay. While the team was responsive and available, there were no intelligent inputs provided on the itinerary. They do not really know how to create a well-planned itinerary, and although support was present, there was no real expertise or guidance. You are left to figure out the entire schedule on your own, which defeats the purpose of choosing a tour operator.
The Dhow Cruise and Desert Safari were especially disappointing, and I would strongly suggest not booking these experiences through Rayna Tours.
The food was extremely poor — far below basic expectations.
Regarding the vehicles: most cars were clean, but some were not up to standard, which made the experience inconsistent and uncomfortable.
Overall, this was not a good experience. The service quality was sub-par, the activities were below acceptable quality, and the itinerary support lacked the intelligence and guidance you expect from a professional tour company. There are many reliable operators in Dubai, and I would recommend choosing someone else for a smoother and more enjoyable trip.

Great experience, lots of fun. What made it more enjoyable is our driver “ Adnan Sabir” he is very knowledgeable about the history of the country he’s so much fun and entertaining, he can answer all of your questions from general knowledge to gossiping with my wife 🤣
