I don't work with raynet so frequently but as I was doing anything in raynet it was very easy to handle, very intuitive, and there were a lot of opportunities to do it. I like the structure and I like that the software is very easy to use.

Incorrect VAT calculations in the business CRM, support confirmed the issue and marked it as non-urgent, which is ridiculous. It jeopardized our entire operation, and we ended up leaving with all our projects. According to reports, they’ve fixed it now, but this kind of approach can seriously damage your business.
