I’m not an expert in designer clothing and wanted to treat myself to some trainers - was questioning if they were fake when they arrived but they were too small so sent them back and was promised aan exchange for the next size up. That was in April - it is now July, my trainers haven’t been replaced, I haven’t had a refund and after 4 responses of “I will check with our supplier” when questioned where my trainers were I asked for a refund, they have now stopped replying to me altogether. Absolutely shocking and a complete rip off!! Do not order from this website please!

Alexander McQueen shoes were fake, an overpriced fake at that, and were too small. £230 wasted, now lying in the wardrobe 🙄

Fake Alexander McQueens turned up after 2 months in a battered box from China. When an email was sent to the company they were pleasant enough but claimed they “didn’t know.”

Awful quality! Alexander McQueens are MOST DEFINITELY FAKE!
They arrived from a first floor flat in China absolutely stuck of paint thinner before I even got them out of the packaging.
Not genuine at all. Save your money and never order anything from them!!

I received a fake product. Alexander McQueen sneakers that were so clearly fake. The smelt awful the leather (if it was leather) was terrible as was the logos. Even the box and bits and pieces inside didn’t even come close to be believable.

Appalling company. Still waiting for shoes. 6 weeks after ordering and over 30 emails. The tracking number given to me has not been updated since end of April & my item is being shipped from China. I have been offered a partial refund, but now no-one is answering my emails. Do not buy from this company.

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star absolutely appalling service I have waited over a month now for my shoes, no tracking number provided and when I asked for one, I was given one that doesn’t work I have had to email over 15 times and yet the excuses are still the same “sorry we are trying to sort it” this is not good enough at all so so angry. Such a disgrace, they take your money instantly and am yet to see my goods.

I brought gucci Trainers from this website at £250, i knew i was taking a chance but i wanted to give it a go. After 3 weeks ive just recived my trainers. To be honest they look great but they are fake. I can tell from the box, shoes, stiching colour etc the flaws are there. So dont buy from this website if you want authentic designers clothes or shoes. I kind of new it was fake when i saw that they gave me an australi ems tracking number but it was china ems lol. Please be aware and just know that if their selling one product as real but their are efake make sure that evything is fake on this website. Your choice be smart

Wouldn’t recommend this company if you want your products any time soon. Ordered my product 3 weeks ago now and it is still in China from the tracking number provided. Paying for expensive products and probably going to wait over a month to receive it

Son ordered Alexander McQueen trainers from ‘London’ expecting quick delivery - turns out they’re coming from China via Australia so they’re FAKE!! Beware!! If it seems too good to be true it probably IS!! £240 for fake trainers?!!

I ordered Alexander McQueen sneakers and received a replica from Bahrain, a country which is producing most fake trainers. It doesn’t say on the box or on the shoes that they are made in Italy. Instead, everything is written in Chinese.
