Expensive product, shocking customer service
I wrote a review just after Christmas due to my order taking over 6weeks! I finally received my husbands Christmas present in January, beachside of the review I left I was told by their support team that I would receive a knife block for my very expensive knife set I purchased!!! It is now towards the end of March and guess what? Absolutely nothing!!! A company that promise the quality and everything and can hardly deliver that!! They’ll reply to your email quickly and then you’ll be forgotten about!! Don’t be fooled! Also be careful with their knives as the handles break very easily, I was under the impression that they are hardy, amazing and last!! No they don’t! Don’t waste your money!!!!
Terrible experience and false advertising on lifetime warranty
Terrible experience, poor customer service and totally dishonest. I previously gave a poor review as I bought a set of knifes and one broke after a couple of months. I tried to get a replacement under the lifetime guarantee that they advertise and the actual response in writing I got back was “Please be aware that our lifetime warranty on damaged knives only applies to those that have manufacturer's defects when they arrive. This is why we have a 30-day return policy so that our customers can request a replacement within the first 30 days of receiving our knives”. I explained that this is not a lifetime warranty as advertised and in fact just a 30 day warranty.
After I placed my review in December 2022, I was connected by a James at Razar Knives who apologised for the misunderstanding and said that if I took down the review, they would send a replacement knife by the end of January. Well I stupidly took down the review and now it is coming to the end of March and despite numerous email chases I just get the same response saying short staffed and they will let me know when the knife will be dispatched but can’t give me a date. It is clear that the replacement knife is not being sent and this was just a delay tactic to get me to take down the review.
Therefore I would not buy anything from this company again as they are false advertising the lifetime warranty which is just a 30 day warranty and they lie to try and get you to remove a review. I
I never post reviews on line and this is the first company that I have ever done this for, that’s how bad I think they are.

Probably not the best company
Probably not the best company. I bought a set of knives to find out that they just had a pattern of Damascus sketched on to them. Highly disappointing. Some of the knives on the website look like real Damascus but some are not. Marketing is not clear enough. I also had to email them after 2 weeks as I had no dispatch info and to their credit, the knives turned up 2 days later. I got a feeling if I didn’t email I would probably still be waiting.

Horrendous returns policy!
Purchased a knife set and knife block for Christmas. No correspondence on when this was shipped or to be delivered however both items arrived.
My partner wanted a different knife block so I contacted Razar and requested I returned the original and instead purchased another item.
I returned the knife block, to the address that they specified, however this item was returned to me as no one was present to sign for the item on site and then no one collected the item from the Post Office Depot.
I have been emailing them about the returns since the 16 January asking them for a resolution i.e. they refund me for the original return given it is their error and pay for the new return themselves.
Utterly disappointed with the response which has been 'Management are looking into this'. Struggling to understand how a management team can take over a month to discuss a missed return.
Will not be buying from them again nor recommending them to anyone.

Customer service was great when I needed help with my order. The knives arrived and a lovely box , well presented and think my fiance will love them when he opens them for his birthday.

My husband ordered these knives from a Facebook post. If I could give you a zero I would. Look my husband placed the order to receive the knives and the block to hold the knives. The block was never shipped, we have had multiple correspondences about that. We asked for a refund and were asked to send pictures and all this other stuff. In the meantime, we were told the BLOCK was still two weeks out, it's January now. I want to return them and I was provided an RRN number but with little directive and I am forced to pay the return shipping costs and I am afraid we wont receive our refund. Buyer BEWARE

I will say I ordered these knives over the holiday period to be delivered to the us and even in this crazy time, customer service was great! I ordered the set that was not actually claiming to be Damascus steal, so I knew I was getting a laser eched set. The etching is great, the quality is great, I am very happy with my purchase. I will update if for any reason I become dissatisfied!
DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY! These are not real VG10 Damascus knives. They are fake laser engraved Chinese made knives. They can be found on Alibaba for a 1/5th of the price. They are dropped shipped from the manufacturer in China. All statements made on website are false advertising. The customer service is horrible. Good luck getting a refund and dealing with shipping. I am putting out as many reviews as possible so everyone knows! I left 1 star because it would not allow me to leave 0
EDIT: I have been working with customer service for over a month now trying to return these knives. They were playing games until they received the chargeback notice from my credit card company. They clearly practice in shady business tactics. All i want is to return the knives for a full refund and for them to provide shipping.

My children bought me a set of knifes…
My children bought me a set of knifes for Christmas! They are absolutely beautiful and super sharp! It is so fun using them in the kitchen! They fit my hand perfectly! Would highly recommend them! I picked the set out I wanted in November 2022 and my daughter ordered them! It was a beautiful gift to unwrap at Christmas! Definitely recommend them!
I have finally received my knives …
I have finally received my knives after 25 days , they are very nice , but after paying over £130 I would have expected them to arrive in a presentation box like photos suggest on website ! Instead they arrived in a small cardboard box wrapped in bubble wrap not great when giving as a gift

Amazing Customer Service
I ordered a single knife on Black Friday and with the Royal Mail strike the shipping wasn’t being updated and wouldn’t be delivered on time. I contacted customer support and were extremely helpful with shipping updates and making sure I knew what was going on. Amazing customer service!!!! I finally received my knife yesterday and it is beautiful. Can’t wait to slice up a brisket.

waste of time
I have placed an order last Nov 28, 2022, up until now I don’t have the items. I have called their support line, Ana (she’s the only one been answering my calls ever since) and have told me that the parcel is with DPD and confirmed that its on its way to my place. I have called DPD to check with my parcel and was told that it has been returned to sender last Dec 21. Now, I want to cancel the order and get a full refund but they want me to wait to receive the parcel first and send it back to them! What logic will that be? Since the parcel has been sent back to them? They will resend it to me and I will send it back to them? Please if you want an easy and smooth transaction, stay away from this company.

Beautiful set of knives
Beautiful set of knives. Took longer than expected to be delivered due to Royal Mail strikes etc but did eventually turn up.
Never received my payment for returning the wrong product being delivered
The wrong product that I ordered was delivered so they instructed that I had to pay for the shipping cost to return. The shipping cost as much as the product cost to buy. It's been 6months amd multiple email to the company and I'm still out over $800. Now I don't even receive a reply email from the company.

I have purchased sets of Razar Knives for myself at 2 homes and for my 4 grown children. They are not only beautiful but they are very sharp. We are all truly enjoying the knives.
Because of the postal strike my order…
Because of the postal strike my order was delayed in the post, this was expected and no fault of Razor Knives the company sent me an e-mail apologizing i found this reassuring .Much to my surprise my knife and sharpener arrived a few days later, this is my second purchase i am very pleased with the product and will purchase further knives.

Ordered on 30th November. Dispatch was supposed to be 1/2 days I was told. They didn’t book in with Royal Mail until 6th December and surprise surprise Royal Mail tracking shows they haven’t even received my order into their system yet. Razor knives either don’t respond or rob you off with rubbish about the strikes then refuse to re send your order with another courier and dispute the claim with Royal Mail themselves. I needed this order for Christmas and now 2 days before it doesn’t look like it’s happening. Razor knives have now stopped responding full stop and just send messages thanking me for my patience, which ran out a long time ago when they refused to do anything what so ever about it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY TAKE YOUR’RE MONEY AND YOU DON’T GET YOU’RE ORDER

Ordered on 28th November and STILL no order. The communication is coming from China. This IS NOT a UK company this is a Chinese drop n ship service! Stick is mass produced and shipped from China.
I was given a RM tracking on the 6th Dec which STILL states “item being sent to us”!
I have to say they have got to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I have now initiated a charge back on my credit card!
All the messages I get are “Thankyou for your kind understanding and patience”!!! My patience has now worn out £175 for excuse after excuse!!!!
Reply to their reply: The business owner contacted me last night an offered a FOC gift to remove this review nothing more, STILL leaving me with no item. I have in WRITING these Knives are from China and communication is from Philippines!!
RM have not even got my package yet though owner “claims” he has UK stock he can send out but he would “loose out in 2 sets of knives”! Please do not respond pretending to care! It’s been 5 weeks and still not come in from China! Also read the reviews which are the same as mine! And now been blocked from communicating with them!
