Please please do not use this company their customer service is ridiculous. All is good if you order from them and get what you want. I ordered 2 dresses both did not fit, they costs £110.00. I told them I wanted to return them, they tried to offer me 20% back and to keep the dresses but I refused as 20% of £110 is not much. They told me I had to return at my own costs. I done exactly what they told me to do and sent with DHL which was not cheap either. These goods sat in China for nearly 2 weeks, I was constantly trying to contact them to get them to reach out to DHL to proceed with the customs clearance they answered me once. I was emailing them daily sometimes twice and also tried to call them on numerous occasions but they never answered. DHL have now returned my dresses and I am now out £110 plus the costs to DHL them back to them. I have since found out that their IP address is actually based in Canada and they are not even in China, this is just where the goods get made that is why they dont want them returned. I cannot believe a company actually gets away with this, it is disgusting... Please do not use them as if you have to return anything it will not happen!!!!!!

THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SHIP THE CRAP THEY SELL!!! Ordered a beautiful dress, paid good money and got some thing NOT EVEN CLOSE! The slit that should go up the side of your leg, doesn’t it goes up almost the centre… The ruffle hang on the side is t even there and don’t get me started on the top!!!! It’s hideous and they don’t return your messages!!!

Item didn’t match description at all and now I have to pay to send it all the way back to Mr Zhang in China.

Wish I’d read the reviews first. Sent a completely different dress to what I ordered. Have refused to refund my money, awful customer service, do yourself a massive favour and don’t order from this website!

If I could give zero stars I would.
Ordered a pink dress for my daughter's birthday party. The dress arrived white, even though the packing it came in said "pink sparkle dress". Contacted Razy's to explain they had sent me the wrong dress. They said I could return the item for a refund but I would have to pay the shipping fee back to Asia! Even though it was there error. Multiple emails asking why I should pay the return shipping fee when it was there fault, and the emails I received back were all the exact same just copied and pasted.
SCAM website avoid!! Wish I have read the reviews first!

The dress I bought looked beautiful on the website. It was a brown, beige, white dress made of "Breathable cotton-nylon blend fabric (65% cotton, 32% nylon, 3% spandex)" and it seemed like a good quality dress.
What I recieved was a 95% polyester 5% elastane brown, white and pink dress made in china. The design lookes the same but in a much poorer version and I am sooo dissapointed in both colour, fabric and quality and I wish I didn't buy it.

False advertising and dishonesty around delivery timelines. Been over 3 weeks and order still hasn’t arrived.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
I ordered a lovely lilac dress, but that's not what I received.
The package arrived 3 weeks later with a skimpy blue backless dress. Totally different to what I had ordered and paid for.
So now they are only offering 30% refund for a dress that I didn't order!! And that's if I pay the return shipping fees to China, when they clearly state that everything is shipped within the UK. Lies and false advertising.

I'm now out of pocket and it doesn't look like I'll receive what I ordered and paid for!!!!

Id avoid at all costs as this company cannot be trusted.

This is a scam site don’t order from here,
False advertising, very slow shipment and delivery. states it’s a UK company and item will be delivered in 5 working days, but they are based in Asia. Took them 11 days to ship a dress I was going to wear for a wedding and when I emailed to cancel shipment and get a refund, they refused and shipped the item 2 days later. Absolute scammers.

I ordered my jeans one month ago and it didn’t arrived yet in my adress! I’m very disappointed from them! I don’t have an answer when can I have my order! 1star is too much cause they don’t deserve it!

DO NOT BUY!!! Scam website, 3 wks on my dress has not arrived, emailed them several times and response is same ‘ delivery takes 5-8 days’. Also, delivery is from China despite the website saying otherwise

Honestly do not buy from this place it's awful. I placed an order and when I realised the processing time is 2-7 working days. After that, shipping takes 5-8 working days. I wanted to cancel - I have sent multiple emails and they just come back with the same response - 24hr cancellation policy. So they have ignored me and sent the stuff anyway and won't send postage for me to send it back. Awful dodgy company.

I was very concerned about my item not being delivered at all after reading the reviews after my purchase. I spent a reasonable amount of money on a dress from this website as it was for an event (nearly £60). When the parcel came it was half the size I expected and when I pulled the dress out of the bag I could see impairments straight away. Cheapest, nastiest material used, fraying all over and the colour gone out of the dress at all the seams. Not to mentioned the thinnest material (quite literally see through). So disappointed I didn’t look at the reviews as I now have no dress to wear and money down the drain. I requested a refund with no hope that I would even get a reply, they emailed me back asking to see photos and it’s been back and forth for a couple of days and the best they’ve offered me so far is a 30% refund which I’m also not hopeful of ever receiving. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Don't bother. As others have said, they are based in Asia. They will do everything to get out of refunding, even when the products are faulty or not as described. I'm pretty sure the 5 star reviews on here are as fake.

Awful. I would give no stars if I could. Dress we ordered looked nothing like the picture and didn’t match the description. The company has refused to refund unless I pay to return the dress myself which equates to 75% of the cost. Do not buy from them!

Terrible company. I have ordered a pair of denim shorts and what I have received cannot be called 'shorts'. It was just a piece of denim with a zip in the middle.
When I have inquired about a return they've send me an email saying 'try and send it back to our warehouse in Asia'. Those exact words. No adress. Asia. Than they advised I could keep the 'item' and they would send me 20% refund. Very funny ( not) Do not buy. Shocking quality and poor service. Lesson learned.

This is truly the worst online clothing company I have ever bought from! I bought a dress which didn’t arrive for WEEKS, then it shows up completely different from the image on website. Have now had to return and pay £24 shipping cost which is non refundable! All because of false advertisement, and I am still awaiting my refund after sending it back weeks ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Item delivered is nothing like what the image in website was. Communication is awful and delivery took over 3 weeks. Packaging is cheap and clearly shipped directly from their factory in China!

AVOID!!!! They scammed me, I didn’t get the shorts I paid ALOT for and they won’t answer my mails. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!
