We appreciate the feedback but do recall you wished to skirt our policies regarding payment. These policies were put in place to avoid fraud for the customer and our offices. We do show we made an exception of you after your issue was not resolved properly with your account on the bidding platform you used.
Mixed review
I'd give 5 stars to the auction house.
I'd give 1 star to the shipping department: I ended up paying almost 50% of the cost of the items for shipping, which I feel is beyond the pale.
I will not participate in any future auctions because of this.

In regards to shipping
In regards to shipping. All my 50 molds were thrown into box loose and since each heavy all shifted in box to the sides. Although bubble wasn’t required, wrapping in some basic newspaper so they don’t scratch should be the bare minimum. This is careless.

Richie and Chico are the greatest. They delivered a statue to my home on Sunday in the rain just the two of them and it was a marble statue and it took three of us to move it. They did a great job great service .

The auction was OK.
I disliked the payment and shipping process - nickel and diming me for credit card fees, preferring to use PayPal for shipping costs. Who uses PayPal? And again, adding a credit card fee for shipping.
Feels a bit unprofessional. I don't know how confident I am in an auction house that needs an extra 3% in fees to pay with a credit card on top of the buyer's premium fees.

Auction was fine, pricy shipping
Auction was fine - typical premium and lot was as described. Shipping is pricy and poorly executed. In this case, a train in it's original container was wrapped in a single layer of brown tissue paper, and placed in a mailing envelope and then shipped by fedex. I would have expected a small box, with paper or bubble wrap at half the price.
