Would give 0 stars if I could. WORST retail company I have ever dealt with. The items I ordered looked nothing like the pictures, extremely poor quality and like something you would receive from Wish. No customer service whatsoever, they completely ignored me. Did not receive any replies. Then I was charged twice for returning the items! They sent me the link for the returns portal which I had to pay the returns payment through to get the returns label, they then also deducted the returns amount again from my refund! I was charged a total of £10 to return the items. Emailed them about this and again they completely ignored me. They then also blocked me on Instagram when I wrote to them there. I understand they are a small business, but this service was an absolute joke. Would not recommend to anyone. They do not care about their customers whatsoever.

I ordered a coat for my daughter for Christmas it took about 3 weeks to arrive but when it arrived the quality was really poor. The arms were really short and the material was cheap and the coat was £120. It was in a Bag with Chinese writing and to be honest it looked like it had come from China it was awful. I returned the coat within the 7 day returns policy (thankfully paid extra for recorded delivery as proof of return) website says you should get a refund within 14 days. I waited until 20 days as covid and the Christmas period. I emailed Rb they never responded. In the end I claimed through PayPal. I never usually leave reviews but I feel like people should know in my opinion this company is rubbish and will never purchase anything from them again.

Do not order from here, I received an email to say items were dispatched when they never were. I tried contacting them on several occasions and they rarely reply to you, took me ages to get a refund after them blaming it on Yodel... when in reality they never sent my items a month later. I had to comment on their pictures on Instagram to get a refund as they ignore direct messages and emails.

My Venus set arrived, I absolutely LOVE it. Quality is amazing.

Been ordering from this company for years, fab quality, great customer services and reliable delivery. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Returned item, company haven’t refunded me and message on a number of occasions and keep saying they will process the order “ tomorrow “tonight” “ by the end of the day” still haven’t over two weeks later do not order !!

Placed an order nearly 6 weeks ago and asked if I could cancel 2 items on the order I was told they would refund the items I wanted to cancel once the order had been despatched
I then asked when my order would be despatched - no answer!
Chased again a week later and still no answer I have now had to make a claim with my bank to get the money back.
