Our products are loved by many R/C fans across the world. We are proudly to support the r/c hobby world. Warning, untrustworthy
I placed a pre-order on 10-NOV-2023, and after months of being told the products were coming soon, I eventually cancelled my pre-order (19-MAR-2024).
I only received a 80% refund.
No refund policy mentioned retaining 20% of a pre-order at the time I placed my pre-order.
I have an archived copy (dated 22-FEB-2024) of the pre-order FAQ web page that does not mention retaining any amount.
The current pre-order FAQ now mentions retaining 20% of a cancelled pre-order.
This policy change occurred AFTER I placed my order, and most likely AFTER I requested a refund.
The company won't respond to my emails.
I am now pursuing legal action.
Deal with 24K RC Technology (also known as RC-Arlos Factory) at your own risk!
