SCAM- like everyone else’s review. I saw the advert on Facebook ordered on 8/11/19. Received 2 emails. Link to track order does not work. Sent emails which were returned as undeliverable. Contacted my credit card company and they are refunding me the full amount in 15 days plus carrying out an investigation.
Think Facebook need to take some responsibility here as they should carry out some sort of due diligence on companies paying to advertise on there platform. Will be reporting this to them. Sadly you cannot give zero ⭐️ on trustpilot.

Same as everyone else bought form website got emails then tried to track delivery website disappeared. WHY OH WHY IS THIS STILL HAPPENING. I didn't go through FB went direct onto their website looked totally real https:// what were told are real websites WASNT. Very angry that this website is still taking people's hard earned money.

I fallen victim too just spoken to my bank as I paid by card as was the only option
You can use charge back to get your money back but you have to wait 15 days from the date of the transaction I urge all that have been scammed to do the same

I have been scammed also 🤬 emails bounced back paid by card no options to pay via PayPal which I normally do.

Not only that they have used my card to spend over £200 on just eat. Pure scam dont be fooled people!! Shoukd never of been allowed on facebook 🤬🤬

Disgusting - Ordered Christmas presents through rc-auto.co.uk over a week ago, tried to chase the delivery today and the website has disappeared! Looks like there's quite a few of us been had. These people make me sick.

Really upset and annoyed. Ordered product from this site as advertised on Facebook, order confirmed, order on its way, and now the site has disappeared. This was a Christmas present for my grandson. Cant believe people do this

Looks like ive fallen for the scam too. Site cannot be reached.

Would give 0 if I could it’s all fake/scam. I purchased 1 never arrived. Had to go to the bank for a refund

Yeah looks like another rip off site that Facebook has allowed to advertise that's the second time I've been done over this year totalling £320 cheers Facebook lesson learned anything u allow to be advertised shouldn't be trusted

Same as others. Ordered, email states it is on it's way. Website/emails now working so cannot ask for delivery or refund.

Ordered my sons rc car 2 emails and a Facebook message stating it was on way to then after payment was taken from bank find rc auto a dead site now lots of new ones going on Facebook

Same experience as the others here, not received my car purchased for xmas, emailed several times, no response & now low & behold they cannot be emailed as it fails & their website is no where to be seen.
I blame myself for paying directly by credit card & not passing for paypal payment - will I be able to get my money back through my credit card claw back facility?? I hope so......do not buy anything from these.

Nightmare ordered 3 cars of them won't answer my emails to find out where they are going to my bank In the morning

Ordered 7th November got the 2 emails no tracking details clicked on track your order link on their page doesn't even work 9 emails to date sent no reply what so ever I have been in touch with my bank who state I have got to give them until 21st November then they will open a fraud case against them to get money back as they know they are trading but not happy about the way they are going about it also try and shut them down if found guilty

I would not get out from these I have not yet received my order for my son ex-auto car all I have is two emails one saying purchase
Outher saying order on its way I have not had no update so have sent email back asking of update nothing back so sent 3 more still nothing and no car
