Terrible product and an even worst customer service team. A dear friend of mine bought one of this companies products two months ago and has been unable to fix up the curtain pole due to ill health. I’ve travelled 509 miles to do some jobs for her and help out for a week. One job was to fix up the aforementioned curtain pole. On opening the product it was obvious there was no wall fixings or a fixing to join the two poles.
The shop it was purchased from couldn’t help due to the time lapse and pointed us in the direction of this company.
Renaissance are refusing to supply the fixings and using different excuses not to send out what we need, one reason to not help was it would be a breach of GDPR which is ridiculous.
We are now getting help from Citizens Advice as this is a breach of consumer protection law.
I would also like to post that not only the lack of fixings but the pole ends are in a different shade of colour and very noticeable.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Unbelievable poor customer service, asked to send an e-mail regarding missing bracket and all you get back is " We can't process your request right now. Sorry, that's all we know ".
How can ANY responsible company operate like this?
