Excellent Service
I've had a CYP HDMI Matrix for almost 5 years and it recently developed a fault. I contacted the retailer (RCB Logic) who worked seamlessly with the manufacturer CYP Europe to obtain an RMA. The unit was returned to CYP who tested it and found it faulty. To save time, rather than repair it, CYP contacted RCB Logic and gave them the authority to send out a new matrix. RCB Logic telephoned me on the 14th to say the new unit would be with me on the 18th. Excellent service - thank you

Appreciated the support responses (email)
I was pleased with the pre and post order experience. Furthermore the product I ordered did work better than originally expected, as I was assured that it would.
Couple of IT gripes: After ordering on-line, I never received any email acknowledgment of the order/reference number as promised at the end. Also when I used the on-line form to make an initial enquiry, I never received a response. Used email to make same query and support was good.
