MANAGEMENT IS CARELESS
We purchased DuraBeds king size mattress for £699.00, where was agreed for delivery and disposal old mattress including, at delivery time driver was charge me for disposal old one becuse no note on reciept, on the phone call to the manager he says if nothing on the reciept than need to pay, OK,
Next is after 1.5-2 month time start filling lower back pain me and my wife and mattress taking memory and keep it, even after 1 week not in use still sagging.
Went to the shop ,manager promised some one will be back to me, but more then 1 month absolutely nothing, another visit same only promise,no action at all.
Last visit told him I will contact with traiding standarts where he was smiling and wish me good luck, absolutely disappointed of it, in time of purchase manager was SO pleasure ,but when problem then careless !!!!!
