Shocking behaviour

I’ve been an RCN member my entire career as a nurse. I am being bothered by RCNi with repeated calls asking to buy their journals. I have asked countless of times to have my details removed from their database and to stop receiving these calls. I blocked their numbers so they stop contacting me but they keep calling me back from different numbers. When I tell the person calling me that I do not want to purchase anything, they hung up the phone abruptly, no ‘ok, goodbye’ , no ‘no problem, goodbye’ nothing! I am SHOCKED by RCNi’s behaviour to the point I felt compelled to write this review. RCNi - Do better! I am tired of receiving your calls at all times of the day, I am tired of your rude customer service staff. Just do better and stop pushing your journals at every cost.

RCNi Portfolio platform more problem that what it should be.

Been paying for a service which is supposed to aid my forthcoming revalidation and it has been fraught to say the least. Am unable to use the platform and input information which then populates a report which can be sent to the Nursing and Midwifery Council and is supposed to be less intensive and time consuming. Am sorry to say this but at present this RCNi Portfolio is not fit for purpose. More hassle than what its worth to be honest. Luckily I have been able to save everything I need elsewhere, and can start the process again which is the last thing I need just now. C'mon RCNi, stop charging people for something that is not fit for purpose.

Firstly and most importantly I want to apologise for the inconvenience and frustration that you have experienced whilst using RCNi Portfolio. What you have experienced falls well below the agreed standards that RCNi have put in place.

I want to ensure that this situation does not occur in the future and have therefore escalated this matter to the Head of IT and Development with whom I am meeting next week. We are both in agreement that customer service is our number one priority and it is for that reason that at our meeting we will be reviewing our service level agreements relating to IT fixes; in order to ensure that we meet our customer needs and expectations.

Aside from your review you have contacted us directly and provided balanced feedback together with screenshots, which will help us improve both our services and processes. We are extremely grateful for the time you have set aside to provide this information.
