The company does everything that is illegal, everyone should definitely be warned, pay money, you can't reach it again, be very careful, never pay money!!!!

I purchased a theme from RedCheap Theme (rctheme.com), which was marketed as a custom-developed solution. I paid thousands of dollars for it, believing it would be exclusive to my project. However, I later discovered that at least four other people are using the exact same theme.

When I raised this issue with the company on 20.09.2024, their response was extremely unprofessional — essentially saying, “That’s not our concern.” This was disappointing and unacceptable.

Selling the same theme to multiple clients under the claim of being “custom” is misleading and unethical. I expected better transparency and support, especially after paying a premium price.

If you’re considering working with this company, I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and being cautious about claims of exclusivity. RedCheap Theme needs to seriously improve its customer service and business ethics.

I paid RedCheap Theme over $3000 for a fully custom theme, with the explicit agreement that all rights and ownership would belong exclusively to me. That was the reason behind the high price. However, after delivery, I never received any copyright documentation. Worse yet, the exact same theme (with minor variations) was sold to at least 5–10 other clients.
I tried reaching out multiple times, but they completely ignored my messages. Recently, they even tried to charge me again for the same theme I already paid for.
This is a serious violation of intellectual property rights.
Stay away from this company — they are not trustworthy and they do not honor their agreements.

Terrible company, the guys simply didn't deliver the product to me, I spent 500 dollars and I'm without the product and without my money, get out, it's a scam.

These guys are really good. They definitely know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend them and come back to do more business with them. We were on a tight timeline, and they pushed through and made it happen. They also give full source code.
