I was a bit worried seeing all these reviews recently suggesting the company was scamming people/ on the verge of collapse. I ordered my door back in May and due to some issues with the council I had to postpone my install to today. I don't fault RDC for this, they were happy to hold it for me, but yes they lose a star here for lack of communication when I needed to rebook.
The installer arrived today after texting and calling me to give me an update on when he'd be there. No issues with the install, went ahead smoothly and the old door was taken. I have second access to my garage so I didn't opt for the extra override. I also didn't take out the warranty.
Time will tell how long the door works for.

Another star lost as I didn't get the safety sensors - I have asked RDC if this can be resolved and will await a response.

Update: 2026, door completely came off the runners due to lack of sensors stopping it when its not safe to close. My garage has been left wide open. multiple emails to them over the past few years go unanswered. scammers, plain and simple.

Giving it one star is one too many. My fobs are broken and I cant get into the garage. No phones are answered and emails are not replied to. It seems from reading previous recent reviews that this company are rogue traders. Why are trust pilot still giving it 4.2 when they should be telling people to stay away.

YOUR LUXURY LIFESTYLE IS BEING FUNDED BY THEM AND ONE DAY IT WILL COME TO AN END . HOW MANY MORE TIMES ARE YOU GOING TO CLOSE ONE COMPANY AND OPEN ANOTHER UNDER A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT NAME. HOPEFULLY ONE DAY YOU WILL GET YOUR CUMUPANCE.. WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. YOU CLEARLY DON'T HAVE A CONSCIENCE!

Ordered and paid for a garage door in full in June this year, after 2 failed installation dates I have requested a refund, quick to take the money upfront but now are ducking calls from myself chasing a credit. Absolute shambles of an outfit I hope they go under save anyone else being burnt by these scamming cowboys. AVOID

Bought a rolling garage door last year. Great when fitted, looked lovely. But gradually over time kept sticking. Couldn’t open it. They came out to it and fixed it, said if we took the 10 year warranty out would be a good thing as although their doors were good, accidents could happen. Door stuck again now. They don’t want to know even thought we paid the warranty. My husband phoned them yesterday morning to see when someone could come out, to be told an engineer would contact us. When we hadn’t heard anything by lunchtime today he phoned again, no one answered the phone. I tried on my mobile and they answered straight away. Said the same thing, an engineer will phone us. You pay your warranty and it’s a complete waste of time. The ones on here giving wonderful reviews are the ones with newly fitted doors. Wait until they have had the doors a few months, they will change their minds. Do not pay the warranty.

Do not use these rogues, I am still waiting for my refund of the deposit I paid, after reading the reviews I cancelled my order and asked for a refund fortunately I paid in my credit card so I have some protection.

Stay away from these rogue traders at all costs!! Iv learnt the hard way by paying £699 upfront for the garage door I WAS getting “installed”. They didn’t turn up on the date we arranged and claimed they had changed the date when I finally managed to get through to somebody, they also claimed they tried to Contact me but Iv had no emails/texts or phone calls from them, They have blocked my phone number now so I can’t get through. I have found out today on the gazette that HMRC have issued a winding up petition! The director Antony William Pybus has had numerous companies and folded them all and by the looks of it roller door concepts is the next one he will be folding.

Quite possibly the worst purchase I have ever made.

I had 2 garage doors installed in late Summer 2021.

I write this review after taking YET ANOTHER day off work to wait in for an installer as they were never installed correctly. Told they would be here this morning, now nearly 2pm and they are not here- so rather than a half day I’ve now taken a full day off

We are now onto (I think) visit number 8 to put things right but it’s still not properly installed a year on.

You never get an apology- don’t waste your time and holiday leave.

Don’t fall for their Facebook ads, Go with someone local who can help you if you do have a problem with your install.

Excellent product. 2 doors fitted. Friendly and experienced fitters. Should have had them installed years ago!
Have also taken out the extended warranty

Had our new garage door installed recently. I am so pleased with it. The lads that turned up were very professional, clean and tidy whilst working. The whole experience from the beginning has been so easy and the staff have been amazing. I definitely recommend this company. Quality product at a decent price.

UNTRUSTWORY and UNCOMMUNICATIVE
REVIEW - WE JUST WANT OUR DEPOSIT MONEY BACK

The whole experience dealing with Rolling Door Concepts has been terrible.

We were recommended RDC by friends and quickly agreed an installation date with them, with the understanding that we would only move forwards with them as a company if they could hit the installation date as our renovation site was exposed. Less than 24 hours before the installation date they cancelled.

After many weeks trying to arrange a refund for our upfront deposit, they agreed to reimburse us in full and told me that it would take 7-14 days to process.

It has now been over a month and we have still not received our refund.

Communication is poor. When you do get through, you are promised to be called back and you are not.

Highly disappointed in the whole experience. All we want is our money back for a job that was agreed and never done.

Had a new garage door supplied and fitted by RDC no problems at all. Would recommend this company

I bought roller garage door, to be fitted quickly. I paid an extra £150. I paid £829, and had to pay the fitters £170 on the day. The day we arranged the fitting, I took the day off work and they were supposed to turn up 8-12. At 10:20 I was texted to say the engineer could not attend! They re-scheduled for the following Saturday. At 10:40 I was texted to say that the engineer couldn’t get into the warehouse, so would not be attending! I was not very impressed at all, left lots of messages on the answerphone, because they simply refused to answer the phone! The 4 weeks that I paid extra, finished this Monday! I’ve managed to speak to someone, when they let their guard down when I used my wife’s mobile. I said “You have let me down twice with not installing, and also by paying £150 extra to expedite fitting, so you have effectively broken the contract” I asked for a full refund. They said they would pass it onto accounts. I’m still waiting! I’ve sent many emails and left messages, but it’s falling on deaf ears. RDC have now blocked me commenting on FB. I am leaving messages in twitter though, and if it saves one person from using these Cowboys, it is worth it! I’m contacting my bank to get my money back

One of my doors failed leaving it shut. My calls to RDC were unanswered and I remain with a car stuck in its garage after three days. If you want good after sales service look elsewhere.

Great service and excellent fitting from start to finish and lovely door

Although there was rather a long wait for the door, when it came it was worth it, and the fitters were brilliant. They were friendly, polite, and did a really good job. The door now looks amazing, and I would definitely recommend them.
