Great experience buying a Pinarello Dogma GR
I bought a Pinarello Dogma GR gravel bike from RDR Bikes and the whole experience was great from start to finish.
From my first enquiry, their communication was fast, friendly and very professional. They took the time to answer all my questions about the bike, the specification and the ordering process, which I really appreciated. Since I was buying a high-end gravel bike from another country, this gave me a lot of confidence.
What really stood out was their customer service. It’s not very common today to find a bike shop that is this responsive and helpful. Everything was handled exactly as promised and the whole process went smoothly.
I would definitely recommend RDR Bikes to anyone considering buying a premium bike. Thank you again for the excellent service.
