Like every other review if I could put no stars I would. I ordered a cactus cat scratch post got string .... it’s been over 7 months an I’m still waiting for my refund I email often asking for it always told its being processed not to mention I paid 36$ Canadian an all they could offer back was 9$coupon or 6$ sent back to me ! It’s a rip off !!!

Scam,scam,scam.
Ordered a cat cactus tree and received some string,eventually got all my money back after two months from PayPal.These people are scum and I hope they die from corona virus.

If I could give NO star’s, I would give that. This company has very enticing ad’s with products, but the products are not what they say they are. Just warning the public to use caution and stay away.

I ordered an Ivory sofa cover to ‘order plus international’ for £40. Actually it’s to America for nearly 50 dollars.
I had no idea my item was coming from China.
They sent a dark brown crap item and I’m experiencing the same problems as everyone else!

SCAM. Zero stars. Same story as the rest. Ordered cactus cat climbing tree. Received only yarn. Customer service only have one reply in their email. To return it the yarn for a refund or get in store credit. Ha. Posted a warning on social media.

I wish I had looked at reviews before making order. I too received the string. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM do not buy anything from them. I will cut my losses this time but warn anyone else not to use them.

I, too, received a skein of rope. I tried disputing it through Paypal, but they insisted that I return the package to China. The shipping costs more than the original cat tree itself and Paypall would not guarantee that I would get a refund of my shipping money since the refunds are processed through a different company. I finally disputed the Paypal charge through my credit card company and we'll see what happens...

I bought a cat climbing frame.
Eventually I received a tracking number so you think all is well. Instead of receiving what i ordered I received a worthless roll of green string.
They refused to acknowledge what i why i was saying. They said they are glad I received my item. Should i wish I could return it in 30 days. I opened a case with paypal, who want me to pay Registered shipping Back to them!!! Then eventually i might get my refund!!! I cant understand how pay pal is risking their reputation by not penalizing these scammers i want a full refund or the item i paid for... how could they decide to sent something worthless and keep people’s money!!! Very angry!!

I too got sent string instead of a scratch post. The customer services team are a joke. I have been told i can keep the string as a gift and they will give me $3 coupon.
They now know where their string and coupon can go

I ordered two cat frames and they sent me two pieces of string. They wouldn't refund me my money and I had to escalate a complaint through paypal. Please beware this website is a scam, do not use them, loads of other people have had similar problems.

UPDATE - I have to post the incorrect items received back to China at my own expense of $24.00 to get a full refund. It cost $26.88 to receive 2 x green ropes. This company is a SCAM!!

I purchased 2 x cat climbing frames and received 2 x bundles of green rope, I was offered $6 to spend on their website, or if I want a refund, I have to post back the items at my expense and will not be refunded for the original postage.
