Great gym but Great people too! 🙂
Was looking to do something different to break through a plateau on fitness and weight I found myself in. I visited and was disappointed with other small group training gyms ( see other reviews for the worst 😱) Had a great chat with Robert and completed the brilliant six week challenge and stayed on. Coaches are fantastic, technically knowledgeable, supportive and real people who take an interest in you. Definitely a feel good, community gym people are friendly and activity breaks out of the gym for golf, running and challenges. The gym itself is really well equipped and a good size for the classed which are group based. I only attended strength classes and boxing, but I loved the constant variation and challenge of them and felt challenged and supported all the way through. Nutrition & lifestyle coaching and the apps to communicate with team, book and track your progress and PB's work very well. Circumstances mean I unfortunately havent been able to continue, but if those change, I'll be back in a, safely raised, heartbeat! If your looking, I'd recommend you give the six weeks challenge a go. You won't be disappointed 🙂
